However, it might be beneficial for both sides, if you included your real users when making new enhancments in the system, in order to see if the solution is really useful or if it could be done better. I am opening and editing a record via a link in an HTML page. I would like to close this window once the record has been submitted and return to the HTML page. I have tried a couple of options but have not found one that works. I am not opening the new window via openURL(), rather the <a> tag in HTML. Thanks for any suggestions.

Ability to define the appearance (currency, decimal, etc.) on Formula Field

ZOHO Survey Responses Not Syncing
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with an issue I've been having. I've integrated a ZOHO Survey with the Contacts module in CRM and the responses sync over perfectly ONLY when the survey is sent using the ZOHO Survey section in a particular contact's record. If I hit the "Send Email" button on the same contact's record and send them a survey link that way the survey still works and records a response but it doesn't appear in that contact's record (the Survey section). How to update a form with data from a crm look up field in another form in the same application so that it shows as a text value rather than the ID number?
Hi there, I need to create update a form called "US Customers" with data from a form called "Customer Cancellation Form". This works fine using the Data Access/Add Record /"insert into... procedure . The only problem is that one field I need called "Organisation name" is a look up field to zoho crm . When my customers pay their invoice and enter their credit card along with the billing address, why wouldn't that address be saved in Books automatically? Below is a screenshot after the latest succesful transaction. How is that address supposed to be entered? If by the customer, then at which point?

Make Hyperlink as a type of field that can be added to Customer Layouts
I'd like to be able to add custom field type to both Tasks and Projects that would allow a browser to recognize the value as a hyperlink. The purpose is to allow the reference to external documents, web sites, etc. that will enhance the description of the task or project. For instance the task hyperlink field could reference a BRD document section or a bluepoint drawing. Yes I can currently add a plain text field, but then the viewer has to manually traverse the link.

I am importing records from Dynamics CRM. I'm giving them a tag called "Dynamics CRM Import". I want this tag to be removed when someone edits a contact with that tag on it. I made the following workflow and did not check the box called "Repeat this workflow whenever a contact is edited". I am evaluating Zoho on a trial basis and am finding page load times of over a minute in some instances. Is this a temporary problem or an ongoing occurrence? If this happens frequently it would be unusable as a productivity tool.
Linking Tickets (duplicates, related, repetitive) for EU DC!
The ability to link tickets, having one being the master ticket and others being child tickets would be awesome. We have some consistent issues that are affecting customers in different ways, but are related to the same thing. Grouping them would be very helpful. this feature would also allow us to group duplicate tickets, aswell as repetive tickets that can be considered as duplicates to.

Zoho CRM and OneNote integration
Hello, I'm trying to integrate CRM with OneNote but I ran in to some issue. The extension has been installed and I tried to sign up with the Zoho Plug-in. All it does is to let me sign in with OneNote and nothing else. I also clicked on 'Authorize' but Microsoft says that 'User does not exist'. I have no issues logging in with OneNote at all using the same log in credentials. I'm uncertain if the issue here is with Zoho or Microsoft. Can anyone please check and advise? Thank you.
