Zoho Books MUST be able to search transactions by Payee!!!
Thanks to Zoho's LACK of ability to search by Payee, I missed fraudulent charges. This is a VERY VERY basic feature. Why can't a user search transactions by payee? Thanks!

Lead's mail list - email sent from lead's record to a partner: how to track response
Hi, I have a business scenario: we have a lead which is taken care of by an external partner. In this case, we only send email to the Lead's associated Partner to ask for updates on the sales process. When we send the email from the Lead's record to our associated Partner, the email is recorded in the Leads' email list. The response from the Partner is not recorded in the Lead's email list however. What kind of workaround could you propose to capture the response? I have access to the new email

I 've managed to get categories from zoho books (inventory enabled) with this GET Method https://books.zoho.com/api/v3/categories?organization_id={} I use the full access scope and everything works fine. But what is the specific scope for this request? ZohoBooks.categories.READ does not work.

Resource Utilization Report
I'm trying to build a report drawing from synced Projects data that will show planned resource utilization across multiple users/projects, by summing all their planned work hours for all their tasks by month. I'm able to find fields for budget hours and users, but I can't find a field that shows the time element of the table. I've tried duration and start date, but start date only shows time in the month it starts and duration doesn't offer the necessary options. For example:

Zoho Meeting Desktop App is deemed unsure by Google login and will not start
As the above, when I try to login to Zoho through the desktop Zoho Meeting app, using my Google account (which is the only way I access Zoho at all), I get this message: This browser or app may not be secure. New staff not getting invitation emails
Hi, When i create new staff they do not receive the invitation email when we create them using our work email. However they do get the invitation if we use an @gmail.com address. I submitted a ticket on this yesterday and got no response. Is this a known issue? Has anyone encountered it before? Thanks

Mobile number already registered Pop-Up
I have been trying to authenticate my account to confirm it for 2 days now. I received the text message with the Zoho verification code, connected the account to Go Daddy, & followed the next steps for CNAME in DNS. I completed the TXT Method. The instructions say to log back into the account and the user will be able to go to the Control Panel, Domains Page, then verify. This never happens! Am able to send and receive mail with zoho properly but i am unable to receive mail sent from my own server. when i send mail to any other address say mail@gmail.com am able to receive but when i point to email id created using zoho am not receiving the mail. Auto archiving email
I thought that the default policy to archives files more than 3 months old would mean that my older emails would be auto-archived. However, when I view my archived files, there are only 4 emails there. In another email client, if I don't delete mail, it stays in my inbox for years, which is very helpful with my business. How do I make it so that ALL my old mail and sent mail don't get deleted, whether archived or otherwise?
How do I remove or edit custom ranges on a slider?
I have added some ranges to a slider, but have realised that I either made a mistake or want to edit what I created. I do not see how I can do this. I can add a new one and deselect the incorrect one, but would be nice to keep the area clean and tidy and not have non useful options. Thanks Steve

Calendar invites not going to gmail
Hi, I have setup several invites over past couple of months from my Zoho calendar and none of them were delivered to gmail users. Have tried sending them to 2 gmail users, with no success. However, same invite goes out to other domains. Cant find invites in gmail spam folder either. so guessing that they are not getting delivered. Please help. Thanks
Importing Tasks and tie them to contacts

Delete Forecast
Zoho Team, I created a forecast for testing purposes and I realized it automatically sent an email to all my users without my knowledge, which brought up a lot of confusion. Limit On Multi-Select look Up
I run a tour company that runs youth sports tours. We are effectively selling 'trips' (products) to families (accounts) which are comprised of parents (contacts) and athletes (custom object). There are some entity relationship dynamics that make setting up the custom object possible but I am running into limitations with multi-Select Look Ups that is limiting my ability to make these relationships. Workflow is passing wrong id
I have a workflow that is triggered when a new object is created in a custom module. That workflow fires of a custom function where I'm passing what is supposed to be the id of that object. Update Event Start and End when custom date field updated
I've added a custom function that creates an Event when a date is entered. I need to create another function that updates said Event when the date is changed. Embed calendar with google calendar import
Hi everybody, I have embedded my calendar into my website, but have encountered a problem. The embed works perfectly, but I have an imported google calendar with all my events which I want to show on the embedded calendar. Notifications in People Plus
When are you going to update the options for notifications? It's been 3 years since you said you were looking into this and still nothing. The current setup is useless. Every notification someone receives is there forever!! For employees it isn't as big a deal but for managers who get a lot, it's hard to manage.
