Populate records on imported tables from MS Access
Hi I imported 2 tables from MS Access into Zoho creator. One table whose form was the main form and the other table formed the basis of the subfrom in MS Access. Now imported in zoho creator these 2 tables from MS Access are disjointed ie. if i click a record in the main form, the subform doesnt populate. Embending API problem
We're having an issue with the underlying data, We're using the embedurl from de api indicating the underlying data permission to true & the columns that we want to show. The UD was previously showing on the portal where we embed the url. We don't know if some of the documentation regarding the API changed recently. I hope you can point us what we are doing wrong. Is it possible to show an image when rolling over a dataset? Basically I have my chart showing data (impressions) by creative. I want to be able to rollover the creative name on the axis and have it show an image of the creative vs. just having the name there. Or I'd even like to have it show the image in the tooltip along with the other data that I've placed there. Is this something that is possible or something you can add in to your roadmap? How to find the parent form of a subform entry?
Hello, I created 2 forms (Main and Sub) in Creator. In the Main form, I add a subform field, pointing to the Sub form. When I add a new entry in Main form, and add 2 entries in the subform field, I see the 2 new entries in the Sub form. That's fine. Now, from this Sub form, how can I find the "parent" or linked record in the Main form ? Is there a hidden field linking a record from the main field to the sub field ? How Zoho manages that, and how can I get advantage of this (may be in Deluge )?

How to open a task from the timesheet entry
Hey, Is it possible to open (and edit) the task right from the timesheet entry? When filtering time entries in Timesheet view it would be really helpful to have a URL to click to the Task the time entry was made - is it possible? When I click o the time entry I can see details of it, but the Task number is not clickable (and I'd expect it to open the Task) - is it possible somehow other way to edit the task? When setting up the account it was rather confusing and I set the candidates to being "manually approved" and it doesn't suit our desired workflow, so I need to know exactly (in basic steps please) to make it go back to automatically approving candidates so that doesn't need to be done by a person. When I am in a Zoho CRM contact record, I would like to be able to see a list of all Zoho Bug Tracker issues related to my active Zoho CRM contact record. That is, I'm looking at customer John Smith in Zoho CRM. Does he have any Bug Tracker issues? If yes: What are the names of them? What are the statuses of them (open, closed, etc.)? Can I click on any of them and open them in Zoho Bug Tracker?

We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Docs. We are debating internally if we should store customer contracts, proposals, etc as attachments on the CRM opportunity or if we should store them in Doc folders. We like the ability to look at an opportunity and find documents w/o opening up Docs.

I have two email addresses that Hard bounced back in 2017 when it looks like Zoho Campaigns got themselves offside with Symantec.Cloud, who my client uses for an email gateway. The have long since whitelisted the zcsend.net domain with Symantec. Are we able to try and pull the email addresses out of our campaign manager’s suppressed list and back into active? Logging incoming calls on iPhone.
Hi Community Has anyone been able to solve the problem of iphone not being able to pickup incoming calls (or SMS) in the Zoho CRM app? I know it can be done if you have a PBX system, but I just have myself and an iphone. Surely there must be a way to do this. I don't believe it's because "Apple has locked it down" as Zoho states, otherwise the PBX systems wouldn't work either. Who is the guru who can solve this?

In my bot, visitor can elect to speak to an operator. In that case, I've programmed the bot to forward the chat. However, I've noticed that in the event that an operator is marked as available but unable to accept the chat, the chat will continue waiting forever. Is there a way to set a time limit for how long a visitor is kept waiting? I don't want them to wait so long that they leave the website. Or ideally, these chats can be sent to the "Missed Chats" category.
