Is there a Zoho Assist free forever version?
This web seems to suggest there's a free forever version: https://www.zoho.com/assist/pricing.html https://www.zoho.com/assist/plan-comparison.html However, when I installed and tested it, it's offering me to pay after the 15-day trial period and on my Zoho account, under subscriptions, it doesn't show what account type this is. I wonder also if the free version includes unattended access, the two webs above seem to contradict themselves. Is there a free version? Any help much welcome
Hubspot migration failed -- cannot see why; "Import History" frozen for 12 hours
We attempted a migration from hubspot 12 hours ago, and received a "Your HubSpot data migration is paused" email (attached) after a little more than an hour. The page linked in the email was non-functional. 12 hours later, same status. The "Migration Status" link still leads to a page where the process appears frozen, and nothing is "clickable." This is the latest in a long list of issues we're accumulating in our attempt to move from Hubspot to ZohoOne.

Difference between integrating gmail into CRM and using Mail Module
We would like to use Mail Application eventually however having trouble getting more than one user recognised by one phone number. In the meantime I thought we could use the Gmail integrations into the CRM and when the first issue is resolved install mail application and continue on. Howver we have had a mess of an introduction re Books versus CRM invoices so I am cautious in regards to whether adding the Gmail/Integration will be a backward step and I should wait till the first issue is resolved.

I've got a number of projects falling under project groups. Is there any way to report at this higher level (e.g. number of tasks completed in the project group, etc), or is it only possible at individual project level? Timespent in Hrs not correct - URGENT!!!
HI Folks - I'm trying to build a time report but running into issues. The "Time Spent in Hours" metric is showing "1 hour" but my StartTime and EndTime metrics only show 30 minutes. What is happening here? How do I get the TimeSpent in Hours to show correctly? Thanks!
Not all google sheets column represented in flow
Is there a limit as to how many columns are imported and represented in a flow? I have a google sheet with around 140 columns in it. when I try to use ZOHO Flow to drop all new rows to a custom module I've created, I can only see around 40-50 of the columns that I can then map to required field. How to autofill an address field based on geo coordinates
I have an excel file with 3 columns Hotel Name, Latitude, Longitude. Is there any way to import in an address field the Latitude and Longitude and at the same time the system to autofill the address, state, city etc based on these coordinates? Assigning a name to Deal Name from a drop down list in Deals Module
I simply want to auto assign a value to deal name from a drop down list box field which is selected from within the deals module. This value will be text which contains both letters and numbers. Instead of typing a deal name, I'd like to select it from a drop down list which is a separate field I have created within the deals Module. When a deal is saved, I'd like this deal name to be updated from this field drop down list? Any solutions......... thanks
Searching record with Invoice_Number working only one Id
Dear Sir, I am trying to get record with Invoice_Number, but it returns with no content. If I provide Invoice Number "OT100585" then it returns data there. But for all other Invoices such as "FABS000559" which is available on my zoho account, it return No Content. I generated a fresh tokens for it. those worked find but end result is same.
