Facebook Groups are great spaces to set up community activities and discuss shared interests. It's no wonder that many brands actively use it as a platform to collaborate on ideas and utilize it for engaging audiences.
Unlike Facebook Pages which are public-facing, Groups can be a private space to have discussions, source ideas, and get feedback on brand activities. You can create Facebook Groups with your loyal customers, or even bring your team together to collaborate on projects by choosing to set it as private and only let the group members access discussions.

What you can accomplish on Facebook Groups, using Zoho Social:
- Connect with people on your Facebook Group by publishing and scheduling posts from the New Post window.
- Check out your scheduled and published posts under the Posts tab.
- Set up unique publishing queues or bulk-schedule a large volume of content in advance.
