Hi, I'm experiencing constant timeouts in API calls and also authentication today, checking the status page there's no outage information. Was there any change in the API that would generate this issue? Thanks.

Please note we don't send the via email only print with the QrCode with the link created for that Zoho form. Can't position Name field on contacts
I have the issue that I cannot position the first name & last names system fields on my contacts form. They are also showing "Created Time", "Modified Time" and "Last Activity Time" fields alongside them which is interfering with my contact layout. Group Deals
I am CEO, say I have 2 teams A & B. Team A Users only want to see Team Deals. Team B Users only want to see Team B Deals. I want to see both Team A/B deals I also want to create a deal and assign it to Team A or Team B. How can I do this? I looked at data permissions. I also do not have ability to add data sharing rules. Is that required? Seems like a basic function I need.

Hi, When displaying records in a calendar report, it would be nice to group records based on a field and assign a color for each group. Alternatively this could be done automatically with autogenerated colors like in Page's graph. Here is an example. This would help a lot when reading staff workloads, calendar events per company department, tasks by locations, etc.
Filter report based on subform's column?
Hi there! So i have created a report based on a form that also has a subform in it. They are related with a bidirectional relationship. The problem is that in the report (where i have 1 column from the form and 1 column from the subform), filtering options doesn't work when applied to the subform's column. If you see the attached image you will understand better what i'm traying to acomplish. In that picture there is a filter aplied to show only records from the last month (date is from subform).

Is Zoho now blocked in China?
My team in Shanghai has not been able to access it for a few days. Google Docs is periodically blocked and Google Apps is blocked.... has Zoho now been added to that list? We were considering a migration to Zoho Business for our entire company but obviously that would not be feasible if the website is unavailable in China. User filters rearrange themselves
I have a dashboard with user filters in a logical sequence, bu for some reason, they occasionally rearrange themselves. I go back into the dashboard and Edit Design, and they have indeed rearranged. Anyone know why or how this happens? Or even better stop it from happening? Thanks Steve
User Filters (change 'Unknown')
Hi Team, I have a user filter at the top of my dashboard. The filter is referencing a column that has three values (Yes, No, and blank value). The blank value is actually empty not text saying blank value. The user filter provides a choice of Yes, No, and Unknown. How can I change the user filter from Unknown to say 'Not yet filled in', or Blank? The word Unknown is confusing and reduces the users trust in the data. Thanks Steve

Link into Zoho Contact or Candidate from Outlook plugin
It is possible to add Contacts and Candidates from the Zoho Recruit Outlook pluggin. This functionality is great, but it would be even better if the plugin would offer one or several links to Contacts and Candidates with matching email addresses. Selecting the link should open the Contact or Candidate profile for further editing. This could be adding more notes or updating contact information (new mobile number, street address etc).
