Often times I work on a long invoice that I don't finish the same day it was started. For example: If I start an invoice November 1st and choose "Net 30" as the payment term but actually finish the invoice November 7 and send it that same day, the client will have 7 less days to pay. Zoho Books should be smart enough to update the "Invoice Date" or at least ask if I want to update before the invoice is actually sent. Thanks, Xavier

DNS settings Network Solutions (Domain Provider) customers using Zoho Sites
I'm writing this because I hope it helps other Zoho Sites users. I kept going back and forth with Zoho Sites support and Network Solutions (NS) support bc their respective information for DNS settings aren't compatible. Rather than documenting the full thing, I just wanted to share the resolution I finally got today. When logged in to NS, go to "Manage Account" (upper right of screen), then under "My Domain Names" select, "Edit DNS." Under Manage yourdomain.com > Advanced DNS Settings, select "Edit."

Why does this formula not work?
I have a simple formula that is triggering as true, even when it is not. if(Due_Date != null && Status!="Repeat") { input.Status = "In Progress"; } In that formula (my interpretation), if the date is not blank and the status is not Repeat, then change status to In Progress. However, it is still firing when the status is Repeat and changing the status to In Progress. I think it has something to do with the date field. Really not sure why it isn't working at expected Any help? Thanks Michael

Hi, i want to implement a "shopping basket"-like functionality in ZOHO Creator. Does anyone have a hint, how to approach this? How can I see custom fields while integrating CRM modules into Creator

How to add new Line to Button Action
Hey guys, Got a very simple function that looks at an account and returns a basic stack of information for that account that we need to keep our vendor's happy. The function is simple, it goes into the Account, finds all the data and returns a string. The only issue is the "\n" (Newline) is not being encoded to <br> on when the button is actioned. I've created a couple of SMS journeys which are set to trigger when a new lead is added to a list. For some reason after a while the journey just hangs, and new additions just hang in under process. Am I missing something here? Anyone else see this? Thanks

Importing Accounts
So I have a CSV of Accounts I need to import. I was able to get the account IDs for existing accounts (because some of the account names match). So now my spreadsheet has existing accounts to be updated, and new accounts. The account ID of new accounts are blank in the CSV. When I try to import this CSV, the existing accounts update, but no new accounts are created. I've tried running the import as "Both Update and Add New" and also just "Add New Accounts". I'm a new Zoho Reseller and testing out the Zoho Vault app. I've used LastPass, Keepass, 1Password and BitWarden in the past, but I'm really liking Zoho Vault. I have a question though. On the Standard plan you mention "Cloud Backup". Can someone explain to me what that is? If I'm logging into the website through the free plan, isn't that cloud backup?
