How best to set up sub-groups
Hello! My organization has a marketing team for individual social media platforms (e.g. YouTube team, Twitter team, Twitch team, etc.) We would like the staff of each of those teams to receive email from their relevant social media platforms in a stream, however, upper management also needs access to those streams. I'm wondering if there's a way to combine streams, so that upper management could have a stream called "Social" that combines all the individual streams (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) into one.

Partial phone number search is not working for Vendors and Accounts for ZOHO V2 RECORD API
I have phone number (+17202548042) saved for Vendor. When I search this vendor with following API with exact phone number, getting result. https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Vendors/search?phone=17202548042 But when searching this vendor with following API with partial phone number, not getting result. https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Vendors/search?phone=7202548042 Same type of partial search is not working for Accounts as well. But partial phone number search is working for Contacts and Leads.

Deal stage probability
In our business each deal is unique and the probability of winning a specific deal at a particular stage is very different than winning a different deal at the same stage. I want the deal owner to be able to assign and change a deal probability based on their judgement rather than a set of mapped values. Is this possible in Zoho? HAs anyone found a good workaround?

Emails sent from Zoho to clients using Outlook is crashing their outlook
I have now had multiple clients inform me that the emails we send with quotes included are crashing their outlook when they click to open the email. They then re-open outlook and they are able to open and view the email. But this happens every time they receive an email quote from us through Zoho.

I believe that some configuration was done by you that makes it impossible to use in this type system.

Hi, Kindly find a way to help users create a menu-like feature; where charts and data is displayed based on an item clicked. For example, I click the Name Sales figures; all sales charts drop down. PayPal Gateway Receiving Account
Hi, When receiving a paypal payment, currently my undeposited funds receives the payment. Is there an option to change the receiving account to 'PayPal' account. As it has the option for how the payment was received. I have manually created a bank account and called it 'PayPal', I would now like to setup the PayPal Gateway to deposit the funds in that specific account, can this be done?? If not, can it now be a 'propose an idea'.

Unknown Error Outlook Email Client
A few of our email accounts of the same domain on zoho is no longer working on our outlook client. The error codes are the same "Unknown Error Has Occurred" Code 150 However, from the web and app based email, the mails are receiving fine. All other emails outside of this domain is working fine in the same email client. Anyone faced with such issues? Help needed.

Hi all, I can't seem to be able to view other Owner's task in the Gantt Chart for the specific project? I am the manager of the project and I've added Employee in the project and assigned task to them, but when I view the Gantt Chart I can only see projects which are mine and unable to see other Owner's task? I've tried the filter but there's no filter for Owner? Thank you

Email limits for free account limited to 20 instead of 50?
I have just set up a free account for Zoho CRM and am attempting to send out some sales lead emails. I should be able to send 50 emails per day according to the documentation found here: https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/email-limits Two days in a row now I have tried sending emails and it is limiting me to 20. So is 20 actually the limit?
