Hi, I need a list report where I have aggregated values. For example I can see the ordered qty of a product per rows, and I can get the total when I edit the report. I want to see the total only, and would like to hide the rows, the total comes from. Can it be solved? Thank you George

Not able to Receive Auto Generated Emails

We use embedded Zoho Analtyics Reports in Zoho Show - and of course these embedded reports only show in Slideshow mode. We sometime like to print a version of the file, but when printing the Zoho Show document the embedded report doesn't show. It would be great if you could view the embedded file when printing.
Save Form response as draft?
Is it possible for the response to a Form be saved as a draft by the User? The use case is a Form to collect information about an event BUT not all the information may be available immediately. I want to let my user be able to complete part of the Form, save it, then continue to edit/complete it later.

Hello, In the mobile app, we'd like to add a semi-transparent layer when a picture is taken, in order to help the user capture correctly the document/object. We'd also like to be able to add a caption when a picture is taken, to guide the user. Hi Zoho I was wondering, are you all working on additional blog layouts and feature control? It would be great if there were more options in regards to how blog posts are displayed (size of pic, where the text is laid out, etc...). Hi ZOHO Support Team, 3 of my teammates are getting logged out of the ZOHO CRM Mobile App with warning such as "Sorry! your ZOHO CRM account has been disabled" but when I look at ZOHO One admin page, they are still an active user. I have read a number of frustrated posts about trying to do a simple thing like send an email out to a customer on their birthday or anniversary etc. I have spent quite some time on this and am pleased to say it works perfectly. lost draft
I worked on a draft this morning that originated from a different computer, same account. I know it autosaved and I am constantly manually Saving. When my business partner went to work on it later this afternoon, the changes are not made on her laptop nor are they on mine. I am pretty sure this is the second time this has happened recently. Hi, I have added User/Shift Setting however even if the employee is present the day is marked as grace and the day gets deducted from there leaves. Call someone tell me what are the field format/requirement for EVERY FIELDS. Example: "Single Line" or "Phone" etc is not enough for error Handling ! - Does the 'Single Line' accept special character ? Is it Alphanumeric ? - What are the 'Phone' format ? Error: Trying to send Zoho CRM Email Template after creating a new CRM Contact Using Flow

I can't create attachments of type link
The zoho sign add-on for zoho crm only allows the sending to sign from the main modules of the system (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, ...) We need to send for sign from custom modules. Exported CSV detail is off from headers
I am exporting my data from Zoho desk using a view. The headers is row 1 match with all of the detail except for the last row. it looks like there is 1 header record missing causing the detail to be off by 1 column. How can I determine what is causing this?

Hi Zoho Campaigns Support, Please help investigate why my open rates are lower than when I send similar emails via MailChimp. UTM Error for my Zoho Backstage page link in Campaigns!
I'm so frustrated! My most recent event promotion email in Backstage has been a total disaster! 670 recipients with 4 links taking them to a UTM tracking code error, not the website! My Zoho Backstage website is https://events.happyhour.group, which is great and works really well but for some reason when linked from Campaigns, the tracking code resulted in an error! Could it be that the platform doesn't recognise .group as a valid TLD? Can anyone see why this might have been?

Send emails based on dates collected in forms
Firstly, I love all zoho products, they have made my life so much easier. Some of the forms I collect, will gather various dates. I would like to use the dates collected to trigger reminders. Eg if a due date is collected I would love to be able to set up an email trigger several days prior to the due date, and then again on the due date. I think this would be a fantastic additional option in the emails section.
