Zoho CRM Microsoft Outlook Plugin
Hoping someone can shed some light on this for us! We have recently been testing the Zoho Outlook plugin as we wanted to be able to sync our calendars to outlook... When adding a new event/meeting/etc to Outlook it instantly syncs to Zoho CRM and appears in our calendars which is amazing, however... when adding events directly into Zoho we have found it's not syncing to outlook unless we open the plugin menu and click 'Sync Calendar'. Is there anyway for Zoho to automatically sync to the Outlook

Creator new builder is missing the "day of week" selection at custom schedule
From the new Creator builder is missing the "day of week" selection at custom schedule. In the old builder if I set a custom schedule to run weekly I was able to select the day of the week when the schedule to run. In the new schedule if I set a customer schedule to run weekly the "day of week" field is missing:

Alternative to Migration Tool
Does the community know of any alternatives to the Migration Tool, especially for updating existing records? We have for three days not been able to use the tool due to an unspecified error. So far Zoho Support have not been able to identify the error. Hi there - I am trying to connect to Zoho API through Google Sheets, using the oAuth2 Apps Script library (https://github.com/gsuitedevs/apps-script-oauth2) However a grant token is not returned, and the authorisation url returns a "ERROR_invalid_redirect_uri" message. Can you confirm that i should be able to authenticate using this library, and if so can you suggest how to resolve ? Hi, Somebody can confirm me that Zoho woks correctly with Asterisk 13/14 or 15. I try with different Asterisk versions and I doesnt get it. In a few Asterisk version, If somebody call out to my Asterisk BPX, Zoho web doesn't open pop-up to advise a call incoming. Hi! Hello! I am starting to use spreadsheets, email and other Zoho services. I don't understand why I need to log in using an email account from other services if I already have one from Zoho itself. For example, I am logging in with Gmail email to use spreadsheets and logging in with Yahoo email to use Zoho email. I also had difficulty with authentication because I had to use my wife's phone number because mine were already associated with other accounts. Why not link everything in one Zoho account?
Testing to see if operators are busy or unavailable in Zobot
When transferring is there a way to test to see if agents are available first. I know i can use: "action", "operator_busy" -- However, does this test to see if operators are busy and if they are it will allow to leave a message, and if not it will transfer?
DKIM Validation/ Namecheap
Did anyone ever resolve this issue? I've spoken to Namecheap and they said just to enter admin._domainkey etc (no email address after) but it still won't verify! It's so frustrating as I moved this email to ZOHO from Namecheap as I thought their service was bad. Now it's even worse as my business isn't receiving its emails!
