Wrong Domain Extension Given
i registered on Zoho mails and purchased domain here at zoho during sign up process i choose " familygroupind.com " as domain and .com as domain extension. i bet i made no mistake during my registration process i checked every thing and on email for hosting i enter info@familygroupind.com but when i completed the registration process and paid the required amount purchased zoho professional account after registration i was given "info@familygroupltd.online" which i never desired to get this is mistake

One problem I'm having is when testing on an Android device using the 'Zoho Creator - Business Process Automation App' if I start filling in a form, and then switch to another android activity and then back again - when I come back to the Zoho Form all the data I've filled in is gone. I'm trialling Zoho Creator and it meets most of our requirements. One problem I'm having is when testing on an Android device using the 'Zoho Creator - Business Process Automation App' if I submit a form when there is no internet access I'm presented with a grey "No Network Connection Page". Whilst the submit does happen when I turn internet access back on it would be better if a message could just be displayed indicating the submission would be uploaded later.

Returned Emails- Temporarily Deferred??
We use Zoho for our business and had 30 emails returned as undeliverable today, showing the below error message. I have read the posts about IP addresses being blocked and we do have these people enter us in their contact lists but the emails are still being returned to us, and we have no way of getting every single persons IP address. How to create a custom report triggered by a button when viewing a contact
I would like to create a button on the contacts page that triggers a custom report that is based on the current contact being viewed. When looking at the reports, the advanced filter allows the option for the contact name to be used, however I am unsure how to set it up so the "contact name" field gets updated to whatever contact is being viewed, and report to be generated with the click of a button from the contacts page.

The test preview email exists but it doesn't fill up the merge tags and the view in browser link links to the default test email warning page. I was following your instructions for domain mapping in desk.zoho.com but something failed after the cname verification. When cname was verfied the desk.zoho changed its url to support.collegeon.com/... but is not reacheable, so i remove the cname from the DNS of the domain and now desk.zoho still redirecting to my subdomain and is not reacheable i would like to disable domain mapping to continue using your url until i resolve the situation with dns.
