The external links are all public. Zoho Docs has the option for unique private links that only the receiver can open. The external links workdrive seem to all be public. Any fix for this in the works?

Pipedrive integration
Hello, Our customer success team control the workflow and our customer base with pipedrive. I would like to know if there is a way to integrate the actions within Zohodesk with the activities in Pipedrive. Mostly the decision factor surrounds the need that we have in creating a task with zohodesk so this would generate a trigger to the Pipedrive API to copy this to an activity there. Paid Lite Account w/Custom Domain and SMTP
I have a paid lite mail account with 6 users. Some of the users want to use other clients (e.g., GMail). I know there are several ways to set this up. What I have done is to forward everything to their gmail and now I'm trying to put their GMAIL to send as which requires me to plug in the zoho smtp. No matter what I do, I get an unauthorized error. smtp.zoho.com 465/SSL User name= userid@xxx_domain.com Pw = my log in password Google can't authenticate on that. Good Morning, - I installed zoho docs desktop, but the speed when uploading files and folders is soooo low, between 10 kb / s and 30 kb / s (even on a 35 mb internet), that's right; not even miseros 1 mb? In the options is already set to high upload and dowload. - What is the daily upload limit? The folder I am uploading doc, pdf, txt and games documents, I need to know the daily limit to calculate the days needed to finish.
Problems with LinkedIn
We've been doing regular posts to Linkedin and company and my profile page all look ok and can be accessed via ZohoSocial. However, a new set of scheduled posts is failing to update the linkedIn pages, but still works with Facebook, GMB, etc. I was going to disconnect and reconnect, but it says all my scheduled posts will be lost (I have about 12 scheduled). Emailing Images with Zoho Creator
Hello, I wrote some very simple code to automatically send pictures to an email when its on a successful submission. The images appear in the form correctly, but in the email the pictures show up but they are not able to be opened. Is this possible to fix? Group email not working in Gmail
Hi, Whenever I send an email to a group, my gmail account does not get the email . However, I see the email in my Zoho email box, also others in group who also have gmail get the email. It should also be noted that email forwarding works fine with my account. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!!
Recurring Invoice and Custom Calculated Field
Problem I have my invoices set to generate a Week Starting and Week Ending, which are Start of Week and End of Week. This calculates correctly when I manually generate the invoice. But when using the Recurring Invoice option, it's pulling both dates wrong. I'm not sure where/how, the logic isn't clear. So basically, if I generate an invoice today (Friday), my expectation is that Week Starting is Monday (9/16) and Week Ending is Sunday (9/22). But it generated a new Recurring Invoice with a Week

Datetime and timezone not being changed in function
Hi, I have a datetime field that I'm storing in one of my custom modules. In a custom function, I take that datetime (called tourDate) and try to convert it a String in the US/Central timezone (looked like it comes into the function as a UTC datetime since it shows as 5 hours ahead of me after formatting) like below: tourDate = tourDate.toString("yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss a z","America/Chicago"); I'm noticing two problems after doing that. I am try to set up automated lead distribution such that when a new lead come in from Web to Lead form it is automatically assigned to the next Sales agent in a distribution list. I'm using the PHP SDK and running into this error: 'No Tokens exist for the given user-identifier,Please generate and try again.' this is generated at line 60 of zohocrm/php-sdk/src/com/zoho/oauth/clientapp/ZohoOAuthPersistenceByFile.php I don't see any results for this error in Google so I'm not sure what to make of it. ZOHO android email app, emails body received cannot be edited
It frustrates me, if Zoho has so many basic issues I will close my business account and move somewhere else All the emails I received in my mobile zoho email app cannot be edited. The function hold the finger to get the option copy and so on does not work! I want to be able to 1- copy any email body content recieved 2- Be able to paste 3-be able to comment or edit the email body These should a very basic capability you provide to the users...we are not talking about rocket science
Zoho Projects: When searching, show option to “Open File in Location" or at least view location to see where it is filed
When using the search function in Zoho Projects, it would be really helpful to see where the file it located. At the moment, we can only click on the file to open it new browser tab, but we have no idea what folder it is located in, unless we manually open every folder to find it.

Paying on time discount on Estimates/Invoices
Looking to see if there is a way to provide an incentive (or penalty/late fee) for when a customer makes their payment. For instance, is there a way in an estimate to say if payment is made on 'this date" it is this price (to incentivize prompt payment or to give a discount) and say if made after that date it's 'this price" (that could be a late fee)? Almost like a 'it's this price due on this date' and then under it, it says 'it's this price if payments are made after 'xx days after initial date?'
Custom Relatable Item
I am creating project templates for construction and have milestones with task lists with tasks. I would be nice to be able to create a custom item with custom fields for me to be able to create rooms and for the tasks, be able to relate which tasks go applied to the required rooms. Custom function applied to Button not working
Hi everyone I've created a custom function in Zoho CRM, and have attached it to a button, under the "List View Page" section. To use the function, I would go into the specific Module, and "tick" a line entry, click on the button, and the function takes the data and creates a Deal. This works great when I select 1 line entry. As soon as I select more than 1 entry, the button does nothing. No errors. Are there any logs that I can look through to see what might have happened? Unmapping 'Company' field to Account Name
I am a B2C business, and I want to use the accounts module for individual clients. The 'company' field in the leads module maps to the account name in the accounts module, and this 'company' identifier is immutable. I don't have a problem with how it maps, as I want the account name to be the client name. However, I would like to change the 'company' identifier to 'client name' in order to avoid confusion for data entry. Is there any way to change this? Either by mapping a different lead field to

Issue / Feature Request - Disassociate fields from Views
Hi, I'm reorganising our Deals module and removing fields which are no longer necessary, however I'm finding a lot of these fields are used in upwards of 20 different views by our various sales team / members. These views are mostly defunct and unused themselves, but in order to delete the field I have to edit every single view to remove it which is very time consuming. Also as mentioned we have a lot of older views we no longer use and could do with deleting however because the process for deleting

A few people have already applied for leave during the christmas week, but now that 25th is a declared holiday I was hoping for it to reflect in the existing leave records as well, but unfortunately that is not happening. In our system we have many workflows to help us automate our tasks and make our job more efficient in Zoho CRM. Most of the workflows work correctly; however, there are 3 which have a single condition: look for a string of characters in a custom Text Area (Small) and perform some actions in case the string is found. All 3 workflows look for different strings in the exact same field. None of the strings has special characters. As an example, one of the workflows looks for the string "Pick-up (Sultanahmet)"

Cant Delete user
i have a bug or weird problem, we tried to invite one of our users to our CRM, but apparently that user created a zoho account before the invitation, so even that the user is invited to our CRM, that user only see the trial CRM version and not our Data base, so we tried deleting the user from our CRM and then close that account on zoho account (the onehat sees the free version), so we can start the whole process from fresh, it wont let me delete the account, even thought its deleted at our CRM,

I have a Flow that gets triggered every time a deal is updated. When the deal goes to Zoho Flow, I want to use the fields from the deal to create a document using a merge mail template. I already have a Merge Template.
