iOS App Item Search
Hi Guys, The latest update is awesome. Love the Siri shortcuts integration. Zoho is as always on the ball. I noticed that the item search hasn't changed much since the initial release of the app. When I am entering items in a transaction or if I'm just in my item list and I want to search for an item I have to type and then hit search. This is old fashion. And not very nice. I want it to start providing results while I'm typing. Maybe if you enter 2 letters or more it must start providing results.

Hello, I am an Australian sole prop. business and am not registered for GST, therefore I cannot tick "I further declare that the enterprise holding this ABN is registered for Australian GST and that the products ordered are to be used in the course for this GST registered enterprise" And so, I cannot buy the Basic Plan. Im using zoho php sdk with a custom token persistence class but it always tells me class not found
Followed the instructions here https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/php-sdk/token-persistence.html#custom However even if the class does exist, i always get an error from ZohoOAuth.php line 141 `Class 'CustomPersistence' not found` This is weird because it pases the require_once statement in line 139.
Campaigns Not Pulling Correct Record Owner
We are experiencing an issue that I can't track down a solution for because everything appears to be set up correctly. When we use the Personalize Sender Details option and select CRM Owner Address it is unreliably using the actual CRM Owner's email, instead defaulting to the Alternate Sender's address. ----- Example: In Zoho CRM, CRM Owner = A. empty string
create a role for salesperson, generally just read only access but with the ability to create and edit sales orders. The saleperson can create a sales order no problem on the desktop version but in the Android app gets an "empty string" message after selecting a product. No price or tax details come through either.

Hello, I received a SMIME encrypted mail, which I don't know how to open. I'm on the free plan, and I am aware that SMIME encryption is available for the premium plan. Is it true that I cannot read a SMIME encrypted mail that was sent to me if I'm only on the free plan? I tried Googling around, and checking this forum but noone seemed to have had this issue. Receiving Sales Signal in an email alet
Sales Signal is nice - when I click on it, i can see the latest interactions. BUT - what I really need is an email notification when something happens so that I can IMMEDIATELY act on it. For example, if someone clicks on an email, give him a call. Now. Is there any way to enable such a notification?
Add Totals to the bottom of this section.
Within the 'Sales' tab under customer view in ZoHo books it would be nice to have totals on the bottom of each section. This would help avoid the need to run a report if you just needed quick information.

Hello, Trying to process payment for an invoice by using "Charge Customer" with a credit card that I have sucessfully used in Zoho Invoice for at least (4) months and I received this error: "We are unable to process the payment at the moment as Error occurred while processing transaction at the gateway" Please advice. I have records that include a date field for "birthdate." Using the formula field, how can I calculate the person's current age in years? Deluge statements with single line field QR/Barcode enabled
Good day all, I am working on an app that has a single line field with QR code\Barcode reading enabled. It will be used to scan barcodes on vehicles populating the field with the VIN of the vehicle, which is a 17 character alpha numeric value. I have limited the field to only accept 17 characters. Some makes of vehicles include an " i " character at the start of the VIN when you scan the code. The " i " character does not make up part of the vehicle's VIN and therefore should not be included in

I keep getting the following error: "The email address is already registered with another account which is not a part of this organization" whenever I try to add an alias to my existing email account. The alias is using my registered domain along with my email account I wish to put the alias under, E.G: email: myemail@mydomain.com alias: myalias@mydomain.com Any ideas on what I can do to resolve this?
Help working with email templates
I'm trying to figure out how I could use a email template to invite leads to a trade show. We go to about a dozen shows a year. The information would be the same except for the Show Name, Booth, Date and Location. I thought I could add those fields into a CRM Campaign and then email leads that way the CRM Campaigns template can only be used for internal email notifications. Creating a new email template for each show is not practical. Changing an existing template isn't the best option either.

Hello Unfortunately, I can not send or receive E-Mails. But I have installed the application zoho on my phone and when I write from there to an email adresse which I have also installed on an account on my phone (outlook) then it works.
