IMAP Account - Emails downloaded until a specific time
Hi everyone, I have set up my Zoho account with IMAP on Outlook for Mac 365 and not all inbox emails have been downloaded but only up to a specific time or amount of emails. How can I have outlook download the rest of the emails on my inbox? Same applies for the sent folder too.
Webhook for Time Entry Add/Update/Delete
Hi, Is it possible, or on the road map for Time Entry events to be reported from the Webhooks functionality in the API? There doesn't appear to be anything in the Webhook documentation about Time Entries. We are trying to achieve a "live" copy of the ticket data for reporting/analysis with our other systems. We can get most of the information with the exception of Time Entries, however this is the most important part of information that we need for analysis. Thanks,

Updating fields with data from related module field - custom function
Hi, In my Deals module, I have the section "Buyer info". The buyer is not the client, but rather an outside investor which is going to buy a house for the client, and then rent it to him. So, "Buyer info" is used in mail merge to populate promise to purchase documents and other legal documents. I would like to automatically update these fields with data from fields in the custom module "Investor". The "Investor module" is linked to the Deals module by a lookup field "Investor" located in the Deals
Unable to create dynamic parent child pick list via lookup
Hello, I have a list of 200 Accounts, with each having branches between 1 to 80. To ensure data integrity during lead creation, the account name is selected based on lookup. Now, when I add the Branch Name lookup, it shows all the branches instead of the ones associated to the Licensee name only. I understand that the way to control this is by using pick lists and using the "Map Dependancy Fields". However, I need the info in the pick lists to be derived from my Accounts module & Branch module. Is

Is there a way to log time without mention of a job?
Hi, We are considering migrating to People. However, I just need Company and Project names in my reports. Having to re-create "jobs" for each project is too time consuming. Is there a way to bypass them? If not, would it be possible to have jobs assigned to projects rather than the other way round? If this is still not possible, can we have a set list of jobs created when a new project is added (without having to import an Excel sheet)? Thank you, Richard
uploading a file from Android fails
When I try to share or upload a file from Android device (Note 9 android 8.1 and Galaxy Tab S4 android 8.1) it fails and shows a file uploading in the Android notification bar. It will stay there for days and never upload the file. However if i take a picture it uploads just fine.
Unable to add external user to a group
I´ve created a public group within my Org for communications, with a general email address. However, I want to add an external user to that group, but I´m no able to do so. It should be sending an invitation for that user, but no email is being sent for that user (spam folder was already checked by the person who should be the recipient´s invitation. Unable to find Map function

Run custom button on multiple stores.
Hello, I am trying to make a custom button that can run on multiple records. I am using a custom function. The problem is that instead of running the function on each store, it is passing all the stores into one function. For example if I have a parameter in the function for the storeId when click the button it will pass all the store Id's that I have selected into one parameter in form 330xxxxxxxxxxxx40|||330xxxxxxxxxxxx21|||330xxxxxxxxxxxx30. Why it gives me bad request while I'm trying to create new ticket using postman
Currently I'm trying to create a new ticket, I set the subject, departmentId and contactId the required fields and it is still give me error: 400 Bad Request. I set the orgId and Auth. Key also, I can display Tickets, but I can't create new ticket. Thank you

time format

Zoho support. We sign deals based on a resource/s being placed in a job for a certain number of days. Below shows what our sales team have to fill out. What I need to achieve is to create a formula based section that calculates the number of working days by month based on the est start and end date. So ideally the sales person inputs the est start and end date and a formula factors the days of each month in the year that is relevant to the deal period and then populates the days Ie there is 31 days

I've been having issues posting from my laptop with Zoho, but I can post fine from my phone with the app? The only issue I have on the app is that the posts seem to be duplicated and appearing on my social media platforms multiple times? Anyone else had these issues/know how to resolve this? Thanks!

Hi Im looking at Zoho as a CRM replacement for my customer database. I currently use SurgarCRM (v.6.5) I signed up for the free account for ZohoCRM, and started to look around. I have some developer experience, I created some custom models for my CRM database for Sugar and I want to know where the best place to get started to see how this is going to look in migrating these custom models to ZohoCRM. Hi. I am trying to create a report which would show how much time a project is on hold. I would prefer not to create a custom date field for projects layout because we would have to manually fill it out... Is there any way to check that without adding fields? Is it possible to set a small project, that would be paid for separately, as a task within another larger project? If working with multiple suppliers / customers to deliver different outputs that will be combined at a later date, it can be useful to combine all the separate projects into one 'master project'. Zoho One - Automatic Integration
I have been using Zoho One for a few months and while I like several of the individual apps - having to manually connect each app to another app over and over is redundant and wastes a lot of time. Tasks in Calendar
First, It's important to get a single dashboard view of all your activities in the calendar format. The only missing thing is getting 'TASKS' listed in the calendar view. Second, a task must have a start, end times and a reminder option. Third, a task might include making calls, attending events etc. and also may include the involvement of more than one contact. The option to link it to multiple modules is a must. I hope Zoho is working on these.
