Multi-Program Agency: Creating Report To Check for Program CrossOver?
Hi! My NGO currently has 4 programs tied to Extended Reach. As an administrator, I can see, run reports on, and manage all of them. Functionally, all programs are separate, collect different data, provide separate services, etc and quite frequently we have a client that is receiving services from 2 or more of these programs. We can see these client's program files are tied within Extended Reach, but we can't seem to find a way to run a report under zoho that captures/shows an overview of this

Hello, We are using the PHP SDK in the self-client scenario. It does not look like the token_persistence_path is being respected and zcrm_oauthtokens.txt is generated in the website root directory. I.e. the TXT file ends up in www.mysite.com/zcrm_oauthtokens.txt not the path we specified. I don't know enough about OAUTH system to know if this a security issue, but wanted to confirm. (I am not sure it would be more secure in my specified path, but at lease it wouldn't be easily guessable URL) It does

I have created a widget which I launch from within a contact view. The ultimate purpose of this widget is to call a third part api. Some of the information I want to pass to the api is the Current Record ID and the Current Record Full Name. How do I get those pieces of information for the record that I launch the widget from?

I have created a custom template in "Inventory" to use with Sign in CRM. Template works great! It is kind of a pain to drag and drop the signature tabs for recipients each time. Docusign lets you anchor them in a template once which saves a ton of time and confusion for my sales reps. I'm new to Zoho and I'm trying to import my data, specifically my calendar. However, I'm really struggling with this simple matter. I've found the article below that says "click settings on the left" but there's no option for settings on the left pane. I am playing around with Zoho Recruit. From what I see, when an applicant "applies" for a job, are they asking to do anything more than, essentially, submitting a resume? Is there no way to ask any kind of screening questions to candidates at the time of their application?

I just recently went through an audit. I keep the invoices both digitally and a hard copy. The issue was matching the Tax Exemption & Capital improvement Certificates with the invoices. Scanning Barcodes
Hello All, I am just wondering how to manage to get a partial number of a whole barcode! Most of products we deal with have lot-specific barcodes, in which I can not identify a one-time only barcode, it is changeable by lot-to-lot basis. However, a small part of the barcode is the original product SKU, how can I manage Zoho Books to read the partition i need? Any ideas or thoughts regarding this matter? Hidden Tags
It would be good if there was the ability to set tags to be hidden from the tag list (below the folder list). For example, I'm currently selling a property and have a tag set up for such emails. Hello, it would be very helpful, if it was possible to be able to add a pop-up window to each field with instructions what and how to fill it. I think we all struggle with the fact that employees fill in data incorrectly - format, content, etc (although having a very detailed manual what and how to fill the fields). Can't get pass Domain Setup/ Email Delivery
Hi, I have recently added a domain, verified it, and now I am stuck at Email Delivery. I have made the required changes to MX Record. I have a domain with bigrock.in, there were 3 record in MX tab which I deleted. I added the below records. @, mx.zoho.com, 10 (default TTL - 28800) @, mx.zoho.com, 20 (default TTL - 28800) When I press MX lookup it show the following records are available but status is marked with a red cross.
How do I create custom emails with a domain that is hosted on Google Domains?
I am so confused by Zoho mail. It looks like you can do the basic email connecting but when it comes to hosting/setting up custom emails I am at a lost. Both domains I own are on google domains but I would like Zoho to host the email portion with custom emails. Is this possible with Zoho?
Creator 4 subform hide delete
I have not been approve to upgrade yet, so I'm still using the old creator. I have a subform that has a red "x" to the left of the each entry. When I hover over it, it says "remove." I cannot figure out how to hide this. I do not want users to be able to delete these entries. Is there a way to disable this delete? Thanks in advance!
