Not able to download entire Folders or multiple files
Hi, When i try to download multiple folders or files at the same time, meaning that Workdrive will create a ZIP file, in the very end of the download i get an error message "Fail to download". I have tried in different browsers, etc. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Thank you.

I'm starting to learn and implement marketing hub as it's now been out for a while and seems like a nice Zoho application. Has anyone been able to inject the web assistant code into a Squarespace website and associate a live form for their stock forms? Why can't i search "shared with me" files in the browser version?
Hi I think the Zoho Docs app is great however as an admin I share all the folders to my colleagues. None of the folders are their folders and so when they search for a document, there are no results. Hello, I'm inserting Contacts to Zoho CRM. I found information that for Contacts mandatory field is Last Name (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/modules-fields.html#Contacts). But I noticed that I can put Contact without Last Name, if it has Email, but I can't insert it if it doesn't have Email. Duplicate of app or Restore of app is not working
Zoho Support, I have two apps that will not duplicate or successfully restore from backup. Other apps work but these two will not and I need to duplicate at least one of them in order to not spend hours and hours re-creating the app. Please let me know what could be causing this.
Unable to authenticate API Call
I am unable to hit the Access Token URL which according to the API documentation is https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/token I am using PostMan for my testing and I am able to get the Authentication Code but am unable to get the access token using the authentication code. QBO integration for Bills/Reports which contain reimbursable inclusive/exclusive taxed expenses
If a Report in Zoho Expense includes reimbursable expenses which may be both tax inclusive and tax exclusive, how do we manage this in QBO? The integration to QBO creates a Bill with all taxed items fine, but the Bill itself must either be Inclusive or Exclusive of tax as a whole. How do you manage this? (I'd hate to have to get the users to submit two different reports each time for out-of-pocket expenses. It complicates the process.)

Is there a way to find all the fields the Campaign is importing and list the unmapped fields so can either add a new field or correctly map it. It seems you have to keep mapping one at a time and if it is already in campaign then you get alert already in campaign. It would be so much easier if we knew only the ones which need mapping or to be added. I want all the fields that I added in CRM as a view to be added in CRM but not all zoho fields, only the ones I added in a particular view.
