Zombie Repeating Events on public calendar
My embedded public calendar has accumulated quite a few repeating events that were deleted or modified long ago. E.g., for today (June 4, 2018), it shows 5 events, none of which are real. In my personal editable calendar, there's no sign of these. How can I clean these up? Is there some common mistake I'm making that generates them?
Make it easier to use client portal for Enterprise users.
It takes 10000 click to get to users and control...Plus I have to completely delete a client and contact in order to swap my 10 users in portal. PLEASE and THANK YOU
Two Way Account & Contact Sync With External Application
I'm look at using Zoho CRM. We have a custom built Project Management System. I know it's not rocket science to use the Zoho API to add or update Accounts and Contacts from a 3rd party application. But what about if a Zoho CRM User updates Account or Contact information within Zoho CRM. Is there a method to sync the updates back to the 3rd Party system? Can Zoho trigger a 3rd Party API to update a record any time an Account or Contact is updated (highly unlikely.) Would the 3rd Party System
Webhook not receiving POST data
I have setup a test form with CRM and Webhook integration The CRM upsert is working fine, but the webhook url is not receiving the POST data from the form. I added an extra parameter and this is being sent with GET method. All the webhook is doing at the moment is sending me an email with the $_POST and $_GET data, but $_POST is an empty array.

Hi I have a clinic and I need to develop a system so my clients can book online services. I need something like www.appointy.com It allows to define staff members, their schedule, services, each service duration, so when a costumer chooses a service and a staff gets the available slots to schedule the visit. How the data may affect the one application by updating another application.
There are two different java based applications. Application1 and Application2 Suppose a user has registered in application1 and just after clicking on submit, the user must have checked in application2, whether the user is present over there or not, if not then the user should have registered in application2. And the process should be automated. like when one user is inserted in application1 then right after submission if the user is not present in application2 then the user must be inserted.
Reuse accidentally deleted username
Hello I've messaged support a couple of times, but from the replies I've had I don't think they understood the problem (it's not a logon problem)... I accidentally added the alias chair@ to the wrong e-mail user (admin@) and then deleted it immediately. On trying to add it to the correct user (chairs@) I get the error message "The email address you have entered belongs to a different deployment/region. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com for assistance." I understand that this is the message

Can CRM pull a value from other modules
In the CRM I'd like to open a Contact and see the date that a task was completed. Is it possible to use Zoho Projects to do a project somehow connect the completed date to the contact record?
On screen Keyboard disappears
Using a Samsung SM-J326AZ running Android 7.0, and Writer 4.3.2, I've found a problem when I'm switching back forth between Writer and other applications. When I open Writer to create a new document the on screen keyboard pops up as it should. Next, I switch to Firefox to consult my source document for my new document. Next, I switch back to Writer and my on screen keyboard does not appear. I can save the document and re-open it and the keyboard reappears. This is a bad work around for this issue.

Spam contacts in CRM from Desk
Hello, We use the integration between Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM. According to this integration the contacts from Zoho Desk clients sync to Zoho CRM. Unfortunately the integration has one major issue: Contacts created from Desk in CRM have no Lead Source. This is a major issue because: 1) Spam contacts are also created in CRM, and CRM is now full of this shitty emails. 2) Those contacts sync with Zoho Campaings and they (a) bounce, and (b) we pay for them because the tarif plans of Zoho Campaings depends
Holiday Self-Scan
I am working on a HR application that needs the functionality to let employees book their on holidays for approval. I want this holiday to be tracked and to tie it to a certain number of days. For example, the maximum holidays per year is 30 days. How can I set up the holidays so that when a holiday is booked it takes that number of days away from the 30. I would also like a way of displaying hw many holiday days an employee has left. Thanks!

We have been moved to the beta program some weeks ago. We were quite impressed about the progress the system made (multi-video stream, full-screen-video, ...) In the last days the system appears to be the same like it was the months before the beta. I think the beta had an URL like "meeting.staging ..." or similar. Now it loks like "meetinglabs ..." Client Portal - ZOHO Invoice and ZOHO CRM
I am running a training business with membership subscription. I am using Zoho Invoice, Zoho Subscription and Zoho CRM. I would like to allow my clients (individual) to view what training they had attended before, what invoice they have and when their subscription expired. The Zoho Subscription Client Portal works perfectly with Zoho Invoice. However, Zoho CRM Client Portal does not integrate with the abovementioned two. Which mean client has to log in 2 different portals to view partial information.

Custom Login with custom Logo is not working

Creepy email about customer locations
I recently got an email about my brother's location since I'm the administrator for a Zoho account. I think this is very creepy and a privacy violation (as in I always know my brothers location without his permission) . I don't think this feature should exist yet alone be enabled by default. Does anybody agree with me on this?

How can I remove completed tasks from Calendar view?
It's a big help to be able to view my tasks on my calendar by due date. However, once those tasks are complete, I no longer need them to appear on my calendar they are no longer something that I need to account for in my daily/weekly schedule. Is there a way to set the task "app calendar" to only display "in progress" tasks? Or is the only option I have to delete completed tasks, which seems like a poor choice for documentation/reference sake.

Calendar Days and Calendar Dates not in correct columns.
Across the top of my calendar the dates (Sunday - Saturday) appear correct, but the Saturday numerical dates are appearing in the same box as the Sunday numerical date. Anything appt I enter for Saturday, does not appear on the calendar at all. Thank you for your assistance. Tamara
Why are duplicate events showing in mobile calendar version?
I just started using Zoho calendar. I've successfully synced it with two other calendars (from Google and Yahoo). All events are visible on the web version of Zoho Calendar. But duplicates of each item imported from my Google calendar appear when I access my Zoho calenday through my mobile device at mobile.zoho.com. How can I stop these events from appearing in duplicate? (Note: the events imported from my Yahoo calendar appear only once, not in duplicate). Thank you.
