Fetch Name Based on zoho.loginuserid
Form 1 collects user name, email address, and zoho user id. While creating a record in unrelated Form 2, I would like to fetch the user name from Form 1 based on the email address of zoho.loginuserid, and input as a field value in Form 2. Why my images on campaign appear extended vertically when it's previewed?
Hi, I'm trying to make new campaign right now and the images don't work well. I'm putting two images in a campaign and I think the size of them are small enough (One is 68.1 kb and the other is 235 kb). But those are appear extended vertically when I previewed it. I have read so many articles but all appear to be outdated. I create a template for our standard users so they can created newsletters. The don't appear to have any access to see or choose the template when creating the email campaign. Setting admin shows they should have access but they still don't. There is no ability to share the folders(old solution) there is no ability to assign custom role other than making them admins... What do I do?

Unable to use the Projects pages with IE11
After testing our Zoho access on a number of devices and browsers, I have come to the conclusion that the issue is with the IE browser. The Projects pages work fine with Edge and Chrome (laptop and android phone). I have tried IE11 on three separate devices and the behavior is the same. The Issues link (on the left hand side) does nothing. The screens don't have the fields on them that I'm expecting and even links to "Sign Out" and "Contact Support" from the my profile link in the top right corner

Hello, I just started using Zoho Notebooks yesterday and am currently loving it... and intensely hating it at the same time. I love the lockable notebook and notes feature. Honestly, you can't understand how much I love that and so far this is the only program out of around 30 I've found that has that feature. But why isn't there a scroll bar? Posting Bank Fees when Recording Payment on a Bill should not be restricted to only Banking Accounts
Hello, We often pay large bills via Credit Card. Typically the vendor will charge us a finance charge. However, if you try to record that charge in the Create Payment screen and use a credit card account as the pay through account, you get the error message "Bank Charges are Applied. Please select a bank account". This should not work this way. You should be able to apply the bank/finance charges to a credit card. (see screenshot). Client Portal Suggestion
Hi - The client portal is great, I have a few questions/suggestions: Discussion - this is great - but i have 2 concerns: the note type available are the entire list of note types we have internally - is there a way to restrict that as it would not be appropriate to share all our note types with clients how is the candidate/job owner notified when a note is left in discussions by a client? Formatted Resume - while this is our internal language, in the Client Portal shouldn't that field just be Resume?
