How to trigger a CRM Workflow from a new registration from Subscription
New subscription create a new contact and accounts in both CRM and Subscription using the integration, but custom field don't sync on CRM, so I cannot trigger the CRM workflow from the custom field. Mail page not accessible since last night

How to Determine ContactId for a Lead Conversion
I need a workflow rule that calls a webhook when a Lead is converted. At that time, I need to know the Leadid and the ContactId for the contact just created. Any idea on how to get this information, there doesn't seem to be an event for Convert and on the Create of a new Contact, the leadid is not known. However, in the data backups, there is a file called ConvertedLeadRecords_001.csv that contains what I am looking for. Has these columns; Convert Id Lead/Prospect ID Agency ID Contact ID Deal ID

Dear Zoho Team , After integration between Zoho Books and Zoho CRM , eventhough , users are not allowed to edit pricing on estimate , invoices, sales order in Books, but Sales people still can do that under Zoho Finance section in Zoho CRM . This is very serious. If sales people change selling price , accountant people in Books will not notice.

No update in Quantity in Stock Field in CRM - after integration with Books
Dear Zoho team , After many issues with Books and CRM integrations, now we come to 1 more : There is ''Quantity in Stock ''Field in CRM, but after integration with inventory and books, the field is not updated anymore. Only we open the Product details , under Finance tab , it will show Stocks ... But for fast check on list , we need to have Stock field. My apologies if this has been suggested as an "idea" before, though I have seen several people asking the question. As a Zoho Creator is a database, we need to be able to view records easily, and part of our records sometimes include uploaded files (particularly PDFs). It is irritating that every time we want to view an associated file for a record we must download that file. There needs to be an option to view in a pop-up window or browser tab. Hi, I have a big problem, because I lost my mobile and also the google authenticator app. I tried to sincronize the account with my new phone but I cán´t and now every time that I try log in to zoho mail, it ask me for the verification code but I dont have it obviusly. There is a dropdown menu by each bank in the Banking Overview page. Rather that have to go into each bank to refresh feeds (for some reason virtually all my banks don't refresh automatically) could you add a Refresh Feeds option to this menu.
Text in Callouts Turned to Black
Hi, Devs! When I opened my Zoho Show slide decks for the first time in several days, I immediately noticed this: text in callouts are somehow turned to black. This phenomenon seems almost universal, but not entirely; some callouts did not seem to have suffered from this unwanted change. I usually use a dark background color, so for text color, I normally use white or a light color. When it is black, text is not readable, so I am currently modifying it one by one back to the original color I specified.

I am trying to produce a report from a form in PDF. I want to show data entered Add Notes (Your notes content will be shown here) to also appear in a Detailed report view, where I can then align the Notes field with the captured data in the form. When I add fields in the detailed view the field name I created for Add Notes does not appear. Is there a way around this please?

Adding contact to Zoho Invoice from deluge not working!
Hey everyone, I've been trying to develop this super simple application that will let clients signup using a form I made in Creator. After submitting, they will be prompted to pay and when payment is successful, I want to send them an invoice using Zoho Invoice. All automatically. I started writing a deluge script to add contacts to Zoho Invoice when the form is submitted, but the only value that's actually getting saved is the "contact_name"...
