Allow user to manage Bug Tracker notification
Having the option to allow users to manage Bug Tracker notification would be ideal. At now only administrators can manage events to notify (picture attached), but each user should choose which notifications receive via e-mail. This function is already available in Tasks, please enable the same function in the Issues page.
DKIM Verification problem
Having trouble only on the Zoho end. Host is GoDaddy so I didn’t add the domain to the domain key per instructions... url is bobmerkle.com... third-party verification works (used the one you point to in directions). When I’m in the zoho control panel and try to verify it does not validate ... message zoho gives is that it cannot get the TXT record but again third-party verification works ... Any assistance would be great... I’m a new user test zoho before moving my clients over to this email service.

Hi, I am trying to communicate with my customers through automated Emails, SMS and Push Notification. CRM Plus Workflows allows this with emails ofcourse, also SMS is possible with webhooks via exchange of REST APIs available with certain SMS gateways. BUG: Task Reminder - Date Selector Popup does not show (Safari 12.1.1)
With the new reminders tweak I've lost the ability to set a task reminder. It briefly shows and then disappears. I have to delete the current date and retype manually to get the date selector to popup. It works fine in chrome but does not work at all in Safari. See GIF below.

Zoho Sites - No Undo Function??
Zoho Sites got caught in an error then auto-saved itself. Now the published site is correct, but the design-time version auto-saved and is again screwed up. How do I get back to where I was? Is there a way to get back to where I was somehow? Is there a way to align the design-time version with the published version when zoho screws up?

Custom Field Limits
Hi, I really need to have 9 custom field of type 'Dropdown' for Customer object to let customer chose some options from limited set in Customer Portal. The problem is that I cannot create more than 5 Dropdown. I get message: Please check the following Youve reached the maximum limit for the number of custom fields that can be created for this data type. Please let me know if I can add more of them somehow. Get data from Sub Form to Main Form
Hi guys, I have been reading around a lot and i cannot seem to get a "Total" value of all sub form entries per customer. The Main form is called Customers and has a field called "Total Cover Amount". THe Subform is called "Appliance Under Cover" and the sub form has a field called "Cover Amount" and there can be multiple appliances per customer of varying Cover Amounts. I just want the "Total Cover Amount" to be the sum of all "Cover Amount" but I can't figure out whether I can do it with a formula

Images are showing on the preview and edit mode for the KB but if any user go to the support site the KB articles does not load images, just show the links. Links are to a external site, but they are all working. Images are not hosted on Zoho Desk.

User Filters - group values?
Is it possible to group individual values in User Filters for Reports or Widgets rather than just displaying them individually? For example, if this is one of the columns in the table: A1 A2 A3 B C1 C2 D1 D2 D3 If I set an User Filter and list values, they all appear for selection, or I can choose which ones to include, however, I would like the drop town to read: A (includes A1, A2, A3) B (includes B) C (includes C1, C2) D (includes D1, D2, D3) Is that possible?

The time zone keeps changing on my account and it keeps asking me when I log on what my time zone is. How do I make it keep my time zone? When scheduling interviews, does the time chosen reflect the time zone? Example, I am in central american time zone and am making an appointment for pacific american time zone; will the email sent reflect the time I choose or compensate for the time difference? More than 1 lookup field braking report buttons
HI, We have a form that tracks the progress of quotes. I have a pre-filled box for "current quote status" set to "Sent" and then added in 2 button on the report that change the "current quote status" to "accepted" or "declined". In this form i also have 3 lookup fields for Site name, contact name and contact email. If all of these are filled the buttons do not work, they don't change the"current quote staus" field content. However if i leave 2 of them blank then it works fine. Confused! Does anyone

Hi all, As we can see in the Events Section in Connect, the layout is good, but the colour is super boring and not seperate types of events by colours , we will lose imporatant /Event. Could we allow to create Tag for Event , and each Tag goes with 1 color . On the calendars , events will have colours goes with the tag. We can filter events by Tags. And also , we would like to create custom Event Group ( as cusom Task Board ... ) independently on Users Groups , and we can have Permission on Event
Super Administrator Email Address can't be changed for free accounts?
The default email is the email created in zoho, but I need to change to a different email in case zoho has issues and won't deliver emails to the zoho account. It doesn't let me change it or add another email. It says email already exists when I try. Any word on this? thanks
