Are there any plans to integrate Creator and Backstage? We're currently using Creator to manage our submission and scheduling process for our annual conference, but would love to utilize some of the features Backstage has to offer. Server side at-rest file encryption
When (if ever) is Zoho going to implement server side encryption for data at rest within Zoho Docs (and Mail for that matter?). The viability of this service as a comercial platform is seriously compromised without this feature. I am considering migrating to Office 365 because they have this functionality but Zoho apparently is ignoring this (almost deliberately it seems)

Would like to see the organization tree be enhanced. I like the employee tree but the amount of information about the employee shown is limited. I would like to be able to control what information is shown in my organzation's tree.

Hello, When i try to add my domain name 'nacer.me' to my account it says 'Domain already exists.' i just deleted an old domain name as i don't own it anymore but i can't add the one i mentioned above. Note: the domain name i'm trying to add was linked to my account in the past and i still have DNS records on my hosting didn't change anything. Multiple Product Options for a Deal
I have set up the Deals page but we have multiple Product Segments that can make up a deal - it can be one single Product Segment or up to 7 (all). Each Product Segment then has a value assigned to it which once added altogether creates the total deal amount. I have solved that part but I want to be able to pull a report and then chart on the portions of each product segment (eg. Segment 1 = 20% of deals)
Problems importing CCSV file containing swedish characters å, ä and ö
I´ve tried to use the ISO-8859-1 and the UTF-8 with zero success. Either the characters are changed to others or they are not imported at all. This has worked before and it really creates problems for us. Is there a problem in the databas or in the API? I´have attached an Excel file as a template where some of the problematic signs are present. Joachim

Much info is not read, very often, the vendor name, the bill number, the amounts are sometimes shown nett & other times gross, partially billed PO's are never shown to name a few ! Executing PHP script on a remote server after receiving e-mail at my zoho account
Hi, I am a paid customer and I have an ubuntu server with another company. I use Zoho as e-mail server. Upon receiving an e-mail in Zoho account, I'd like Zoho to run some sort of a trigger, a webhook, anything you want to call it that would run my PHP script on a remote server. My server would then download, extract and process an attachment. I do not want to rely on a chron job for regular, 1-minute check-ups (I can have no delays). Thanks.

Zoho Sign Generate PDF and Attach to Deal
I am trying to find a way to automatically generate the Sales Order PDF and have it attach to our Deal as an attachment. I am not sure if this is possible with using deluge. Are current process is in the deal we have a button that creates the sales order (using deluge). then we download the sales order as a PDF then have to add it back to the deal as an attachment. Once the attachment is there then we can use Zoho Sign to send on the sales order. any suggestions and/or ideas would be great. Thanks

Hi, I've got a Creator report that holds some data pulled from CRM. I want to get the data from relevant records in that report, and see it in a subform. Fetching it is fine, but how do I get each record to show in a different line in the subform? I usually use a counter for static values, but I would need two counters, one to count the rows, and one to count the records? Is this more easily done with a map or list? Zoho Expense Report needing a "Permissions Password" to edit a pdf of the Report?
I'm the Administrator of our Zoho Expense & Zoho Books, and have never set up a "Permissions Password" But when i create a PDF of an Expense Report and go to edit it using Adobe Acrobat (I need to add a text box to the Report), it doesn't allow me to edit it without a "Permissions Password" How do i resolve this? Anyone else find a solution?
