Months Between Dates
I am trying to create a function to calculate the number of months between two dates. I was using the getmonth function to calculate this based upon the month of the year; however this logic breaks down when the months cross years. For example: Start Date:November 2, 2009 End Date: January, 10, 2010 Number of months:3 Thanks!
Printing e-mails
Are there any future plans to improve the "print" selection in ZOHO mail. We need to print about 50 e-mails a day. We can't see how many pages it will be or reduce the size to print smaller. For all the ZOHO is doing you would think improving the print functionality easier. Brad
Using Merge Field in a URL
We are using email templates for Contacts in order to send customers information. In certain emails we need to be able to code the URL using merge field values for contacts. This is because these URL parameters should not have to be entered into the web page by the customer when we already know them from the CRM. Business Scenario: We pay our account managers incentives for every 6 months that they hold an active account. I have created a formula field that returns the accounts age in months: Datecomp(Now(),${Customers.TKS Signup Date})/(60*24*30) However, we need a formula field that returns a True or False when the age is evenly divisible by 6. As a result, when an account age is say 6 or 12 or 18, etc., then we can pay the account owners the incentive per number of accounts that hit the anniversary age.

We are clothing distributor that has two main sources of revenue, wholesale and custom orders. Under our revenue accounts, I want to see these two revenue's classified as wholesale and customer, rather than just sales income. This widget will be accessed mainly by mobile users, so I would like to keep it out of the CRM itself so that it will be properly accessible/optimised, but while still using the SDK to link back to CRM and management authentication. Editing the "Open Tasks" widget in the home page of CRM
Hi, I'm trying to find out where i can get information on how to change the "Open Tasks" module on my Home page from just listing 5 tasks to listing all of them in one list where i don't have to click through them 5 at a time. Basically i want to see the same long list that i get in the App which i can just scroll through. Can someone please point me in the direction of where i can find out how to edit it? Update Subform on load
I am trying to find a workaround since Zoho has yet to give us a time only field or a way to completely remove the seconds from time. Hopefully someone can provide an assist. I have a main form with start and end date-time fields. I have a subform with one date-time field. When I click "Add New" on my subform, I want it to be populated with the start_time field. This would at least save my user the time of having to put in the date and 00 seconds again.
Do not assign ticket number based on an email address
I have a SPAM report from my mail provider that comes each day to our support address. When it is received it automatically creates a ticket. Is there a way to specify that if an email comes from xxxxxx@domain.com do not create a ticket, just disregard or delete? I get one each day and creates 30 additional unnecessary tickets each month. Can the main account holder block your emails from specific email addresses? I think that this is happening to me, but the only answer I get when I ask is "I can't read your emails"
Twilio CRM problems?
Please comment below if you use Twilio with CRM, it would be much appreciated. We just started migrating over to Zoho, and often when calls come in, the call popup shows but there is no "Answer" button. Does anyone else experience this problem? Not being able to answer phone calls is....a big problem, to say the least. We want to try and figure out if this is a common bug, and known to Zoho or not. Thanks

Hi, I am using FreePBX which runs on the Asterisk platform, we have implemented the Zoho Phonebridge and everything works magically, the only problem is that FreePBX has many modules and they are regularly upgraded, it seems everything we upgrade the FreePBX which just a matter of pressing the Apply Config button the Zoho PhoneBridge stops working. Is there any way around this?

Territories vs. Territory Rules
Can someone please differentiate between Territories and Territory Rules? It appears to me that they are interchangeable, meaning I can automatically assign territories by using one or the other. I don't see the need for both of these options, unless I'm missing something.

Analytics on CRM Mobile App not working
We need to visualize our sales metrics on the CRM mobile App (Both Android and iOS). According to this link (https://www.zoho.com/crm/mobile/sales-app.html?src=ft), in the dashboard >> favorites App menu, it's possible to visualize different types of reports (Created on the favoritve section in our CRM account), but we already tried on Android and iOS and it has not worked. Only the text lists show up, but none the graphic reports. How can we visualize this information/reports? Thanks

i was using this service for my other domain and it was working fine but i left.
