chatbutton.click() callback not triggered when chat is started after chat window opened by trigger
I'm trying to invoke a function whenever a visitor is starting a chat with out agents. This does work using $zoho.salesiq.visitor.chat but unfortunately this only works for chats initiated by the visitor without any triggers. We are using an intelligent trigger to open the chat window, whenever a visitor decides to initiate a chat after the window has been opened by the trigger the previous function does not get invoked. As a way to get around this behaviour I figured I would use $zoho.salesiq.chatbutton.click

Is it possible to use (searchable) #hashtags in Survey in order to be able to categorize certain responses? #Hashtags may be useful for mentioning and tracking topics, issues, themes, etc. especially for analyzing collected data over long periods of time. Hi, I'm preparing a survey as a game. I would like most people to play and only at the end of the game to get their full result by email. I didn't find any way to do that in survey. Is it possible ? It should be fully customizable, since users submit different information to the client. It would help a lot. image-adding option on the editing page
I've just found this app this afternoon, so here comes some puzzles to me when I am trying to add images to a note on my iPhone. First, It seems that there is no image-adding option on the editing page. The only way I found is using copy&paste operation. Second, i also use this Notebook on my Windows, it does have the icon to add pictures but the question is those pictures can't be displayed on my phone even after a long time downloading.

Hi.. I just recently found out that emails sent from the CRM to any outlook user can't be tracked until they click the download image option in the mail. Outlook shows a message that says - Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy. Outlook prevented automatic download of some pics in the message. I did NOT add any images in my mail. I got to know that Tracking in zoho can only be done through a specific tracking element and this element is in the form a small pixel image. Hence

Correct application development workflow
Hi All, I'm newbie here, trying to develop application for my own biz. in my understanding, Zoho Creator is starting up with Forms (which in the back end converted into underlying Tables). I've made some forms, say Customers-Orders-Products. The way I made is by using Single Line field for a field which I know it will be Lookup to other tables. My thinking that I will change that Single Line field with a Lookup later on after I've created the associated Forms. But it turn out wrong. I got confused
Stuck in mail contacts tab
As of today I am stuck in the contact tabs when opening Zoho Mail in my Web Browsers (Firefox, Edge). When opening it I am immediately redirected to the contacts list. I can order it and delete items, but I cannot view/open any files and mails which are all on the leftern side bar. I canopen menu settings & options to the right.

Further Improvements to the Zoho Projects API
Under the Zoho Projects API documentation for Timelogs, there is an option to get all user time logs, but not to get time logs from a specific date range. Upon further research I learned that Zoho people's API has that functionality. It would be great to add that functionality to Zoho Projects rather than going to a completely different service to do this. Issue importing contacts
Hello. I started today to try the app in order to decide which shall we use on our little company. The first thing i tried to do, was import contacts from our CRM (very old version of vtiger crm). From our crm got a csv to import in Zoho desk. I do the complete process, and when contacts are added, the Name field shows a big number (411555000000121033) instead of the actual name. Tried 3 times. Deleting all contacts and loading a file with test contacts to try. Nothing happens. Always the same result.
