Import from feed fails for a common source that does work in Googl-Sheets
This source (https://analytics.usa.gov/data/live/os.csv) can easily be imported in google-sheets. But import fails in Zoho Analytics. It also fails in ZoHo Sheets. (sheets gets the encoding wrong or thinks it is an encrypted file) It is a very simple text-file.

Email forwarding does't work if the incoming email triggers 2 filters
I create 2 filters in different conditions and forwarded to 2 different emails as an action. EEmail forwarding works when an email triggers 1 filter at a time. But email forwarding doesn't work when 1 email triggers these 2 filters.

I have designed a newsletter in html and I want to save it as a template in zoho campaigns so that I can quickly create new newsletters. I know that I can save templates to my library if I edit one of the pre made templates, is there an edit/view html button in the design from template option so that I could simply copy my html over this and then save? Or is there a way to do this in the html editor instead? Any Ideas?

Job Expiration dates
How can we see a report to show what jobs are expiring and/or expired so we can repost job for another 30 days? Right now we are having to go into each job post manually to check if any job boards are expired or going to expire. On the dashboard the jobs show published but when you check "sourcing summary" we have jobs that have expired and some jobs that are still active and not expired yet.
Sending an Invoice based on Closed Task/Milestone
Is it possible to create a Blueprint or Workflow that will automatically send an invoice to a customer once an identified task/milestone or the project itself is closed? Example: A Deal is won with a Fixed Amount of $500. An invoice and a project is created from the Deal module. At the time the associated project is being created the user specifies which task or milestone triggers the invoice to be sent to the customer.

PDF quality
I use Writer for a particular project in which I create booklets following export to PDF. I have had some issues with the quality -- particularly typographic quality – of the exported PDF from Writer. The letter spacing and font characteristics should match the original exactly. So, using 11pt Roboto font, I should see output indistinguishable from the original Writer doc. Recently I have seen poor letterspacing. I had to overcome this by exporting to Word, and creating the PDF from that.

Recurring tasks - number of occurrences limited to 30? Any option of an 'end date'?
Hello, I note that when setting up recurring tasks, the options are limited for "occurrences" (maximum I can select is 30. When I attempt to input another number it is not accepted and defaults to 2. Some of our projects require weekly tasks and may run for eg 10+ months....ie. more than 30 occurrences. It would be useful if we could input an "end date" (or at least input any number of occurrences). Is this possible? Am I doing something incorrectly? Thanks

According to the user guide, we should be able to set up organisation contacts, personal contacts and group contacts. We have successfully set up organisation and personal contacts (and categorised them) but we can find no way of adding Group Contacts. We have two organisation groups, one of which has a subset of users for which we want to set up specific contacts. Can this be done and if so which part of the system needs to be accessed to do so? Hi, I tried to import some contacts by enabling explicit consent. I have mapped the IP address and date columns and set the correct date format. The contact was correctly registered on 3 lists. When I send a campaign to the contact and the contact "unsubscribe from list 1" the system will unsubscribe it from all lists and set the consent to "reverted"

Contacts / Address Book (within Zoho Mail) Issues
So a couple of things are driving me nuts about the way contacts are handled in Zoho Mail. The contacts are just a huge frigging list. Adding an A-Z filter would be a HUGE improvement (e.g. you click on A and only contacts that start with A are shown, and so on). Using search is fine if you're specifically looking for a certain contact. But trying to just do general maintenance on the contact list in its current state is nearly impossible.
