Zoho Developer Vertical CRM - Add Module
Ive just started to play around with Zoho Developer and Vertical CRM. I am trying to Add a custom module but when I click Modules from the menu on the left hand side - The menu pane disappears and I just get blank screen as per screenshot below with no option to add. What am I doing wrong?
Consent-based email marketing - Emails being sent out
Hi Team, There are three types of email marketing available (https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/subscribers/manage-consent.html) and one of them is: Consent-based email marketing. How does this work? Once we pick this option, do we need to send a Consent email out to all contacts in the different lists before any emails/campaigns can be sent out? If a contact/user doesn't provide any consent (don't pick yes or no) after the Consent email is sent out, do they still receive the emails when we send
Push Notification Issues in iPhone 8 (Zoho CRM App)
Hello All, I am using an iPhone 8, software version 11.4.1, I have installed the application of Zoho CRM version 3.3.21, but the Push Notifications are not working, I don’t receive any display message when a task need attention (Call, etc). In the Configuration of the Zoho CRM App, in Privacy and Security the Notification Push have a message that say: “retry”. Cannot implement Subscriptions successfully.
I have read around the community and have seen others with similar issues. I am getting code 2, "request passed is not valid.". I have reviewed samples and replies from Zoho staff and still cannot successfully create a subscription. how to auto create a project when a sales order is created.
i want to do this, when i create a Sales order, it should create a project with same name as PO and has budget of same amount as Sales order. can this be done automatically ?

IE11の場合にSalesIQのチャットで日本語が入力できない
IE11を利用しているユーザーでSalesIQのチャット画面（ディフォルト）で、名前やメールの入力エリアは、日本語入力可能ですが、テキストエリアは、日本語が入力できないです。 IE11以外のブラウザーでは問題なく入力できます。 同じ画面でオフラインの時は、IE11でもいけるので、オンライン時のIE11のテキスト入力エリアだけの問題なので、システムバグ的な話だと思います。 IE11自体は、まだ13%も利用率があるため切り捨てるのは、難しいため対応をお願い したいです。
Inline "Smart" Event/Task - Anyway to Disable
When somebody sends me an email with the word "now" in it, ZOHO Mail is changing the simple text to an underlined link that adds an event/task creation window. Another example is somebody replying to my email where I said "my flight arrives 14 minutes before your flight", in the reply my "14 minutes before" text is changed to an underlined link. If the sender did not underline text then the text should not be underlined. It might be a nice feature if it was in the context menu of highlighted text

API Rate Limits to prevent DDOS blocking?
I know that, currently, there aren't any account-level API limits. However, when trying to make a few thousand requests in a couple of minutes - to import our current users using an automated system - I believe I triggered DDOS protections and we were unable to access Desk at all for a few days from our office What safe limit should I put on requests to prevent getting locked out in the future?

Can't import items into Zoho Invoice
Hi, I just spend whole day trying to import items into Zoho invoice. I was successful before but for some reason the file I choose doesn't correspond to the actual file on my computer?? It's as if it remembered the last file but can't see the updated one. I have tried everything - the file is not too big. If I use the option to skip it skipps all files that are already in the app, but completely ignores items that are new as if they were not there. If I use override option it says illegal value specified
Warning! Unverified sender from emails I trust
Hi there, I receive emails from my family that are marked as Warning! Unverified sender We could not verify that the email was actually from email@?????.co.uk. Be cautious when opening any links/ attachments, if any, in this email How do I ensure these email are marked as safe. I can definitely prove they are ok but I do believe they are sent form Google Apps accounts.
Reminder date and time format

Zoho CRM mass merge duplicate contacts.
I synced my Zoho CRM and Gmail contacts using a 3rd party software that I regret trusting. Basically I have duplicates of my almost 800 contacts. I'm going through each one and merging the contacts, but there honestly has to be a mass search for "similars" or duplicates. Both yahoo and gmail have features like this. I'm looking for exactly the same function that will show me to similars and allow me to choose which fields to keep from which duplicate. How can I do this? Ryan

How to generate oauth access token in one step - bash script
I need to embed zoho tickets in some bash script using tickets api but the main problem is token generation. Zendesk provide one token which we can use it everytime when we make request but here in zoho we have to go through two step gui process to generate auth token which is not feasible if i have to show tickets in my admin panel because oauth token have expiry time and refresh token can only be used 10 times, I guess ? Can I add an auto-number column to a query table
Hi everyone, I'm working on creating an efficient database schema for my Zoho Analytics reports. I want to create auto-number columns in my tables as IDs to be used as primary keys so that my queries run faster. Right now I have unique columns that I'm using as PKs but most are plain text so as I join the tables through reports the response time is fairly slow. Is there a way to add a new auto-number column into a query table? Thanks! Katie

We work in a fairly sensitive area, so we want to only allow customers to see their own records, not all of the records on the system. "Last Activity time" & "Modified TIme" from the LEADS MODULE
Hi, I have observed that in the Lead MODULE when entries are made in the call fields of Open activities section it sets the "Last Activity time" for the lead. Later any time you update any of the fields of Lead Information section the "Modified TIme" changes to the time of modification and it is observed that for such modification the "Last Activity time" also changes to that of the modified ( lead information) time. Ideally the "Last Activity time" which is the time of the call should not change

Changes to Detail View
Hi- Is there a way to add an "edit" button in the Detail View for Related Blocks? For example, I have a Project report that opens a list of tasks from a Related Block....I'd like to able to open that Related Block of tasks so they can be edited, without having to exit out to the Task Report. Also, is there any way to add a default sort in a Detail View of a Related Block? in example above, would like to sort tasks in reverse order of due date (i.e., oldest tasks first) Thanks.

I would like to generate a report in which the information appears for the following situation. When generating a task for a business, I want to create a report that pops up the task, business, and account data fields. In my case the account data is not appearing, the fields are blank, because the task is linked to the business, someone found a solution? Thank you.
