New APIs in Zoho CRM—Query API and Bulk Write API

Why are id and id_string different?
In the ZoHo Projects API, the returns often contain two fields, id and id_string Often they are the same, but on some records they are different, and experience has taught us that the id_string value is the one that will work in further API calls. I'd like to know what is the difference between the two fields, and what are their intended uses? One of our client's mail-server at .....@valvo.com.mx is rejecting our emails from sendgrid with the response of ''541 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain'. ASAP add-on authenticate as system
We try to use the ASAP add-on in our (multi tenant) web application. Our Zoho Help Center is configured as 'Customers must register to access Help Center', and that means that the ASAP add-on can not access the Knowledge Base. I registered our application at the Zoho Developer Console and received a client id. Is it possible to authenticate as system-to-system in the ASAP add-on with this client id only, without passing user tokens? Our application user tokens are provided by different active directories
Email Will Not Send or Recieve
Hi, My email quit working about 9 months ago. It was sending and recieving perfectly, but now it will not work at all. Emails send and go to sent box, but nothing is actually sent. Is there anything I can do to make this work again? Thanks!

Hello team, I'm currently using the Free license to test and train myself on how to create apps using Zoho Creator. I have developed a small application to manage our fundraising activities. I have two main forms : 1) Contributions - Records all members contributions 2) Fundraising Activities - Records all our fundraising activities including a subform that records our expenses related to each fundraising. What I need to calculate : Now I need to calculate the Total Income to display on my dashboard.
Why isn't the monitor section up to date?
I recently started using Zoho for my business instagram and Facebook. I added a few pages to the monitor section, the "page mentions section" to see when my page is mentioned and the Facebook for a festival we will be at. However, neither of these pages are up to date. In the monitor section for the festival Facebook, there are many posts that are missing, including one where I am mentioned. I was wondering why this might be happening? Does zoho not include all posts in Monitor or is there a problem?

Want to hide multiple emails
When i insert multiple emails in to section. the recipient see all emails :( very bad. how i hide multiple emails. It must be, the recipient must feel that the email is specifically written for him/her. When i add in BCC the TO section is blank in recipient side. how can i over come this issue. Serious bug with bounces
Hi MH gurus, I just discovered a serious bug with regards to how bounces are handled in MH - at least with 'reminder' actions. When a bounce is detected on a lead in a journey, the journey continues to email to that bounced address, which results in yet more bounced. For example, I have a journey with opening email (let's called it Email1) that sends out an email to 300 people and gets 13 hard bounces. The journey then has a 'reminder' action which is activated for people do not open the message
Trying to setup email activity based autoresponder.
Hello, I was trying to setup a campaign and associate a autoresponder for opened,unopened and clicks we get on the campaign. Now further i want to setup one more autoresponder as to send followup for opened emails which we get on initial autoresponder. Now when i was trying to setup the second autoresponder i was unable to associate it with first as it is throwing error as 'no autoresponder message found' however i completed the activtion process for the first autoresponder and email campaign. Any plans for VOIP integration
Hi, Any plans for VOIP integration, and I do not mean skype on Vonage I mean a sip client that could be made part of say an Asterisk, Cisco, Avaya, etc phone system. What I am looking for is click to dial from say contacts or (if the CRM app gets added to ZoHo Business) or CRM. An app tied to just Skype or Vonage would be useless but having those as setup options might be useful. Thanks
Display name of group alias
Hi, I would like to change the display name of one of the alias we are using. Each users have the access to info[@]orleac[.]fr. When a customer receive an email he sees "Info" as the title of the email. We would like to change it with the name of the company. Can you tell me where I can do that ? Thanks, Simon

Change names of Option items in custom field drop down items
This little bug is a pain to be stuck with. We create custom field as with drop down options , then as soon as we use the field, cannot change the name. The reason for changing the name is to make it readable in reports and views. So we're stuck with some three word options which create a huge column in spreadsheets. If the column is shrank, the options are not decipherable. We have learned to make our options with 3-5 characters which are identifiable , but due to previous sins we are stuck with

Email Templates - Convert from "Lead" template to "Contacts"
Hello - We had our design team create custom email templates. One issue, they disredarged creating the template for "Contacts" and made it for "Leads". So when you go to send an email through Zoho to a contact your email template does not showup. Due to, the template being created for "Leads".
