Contacts search doesn't work
I'm in https://contacts.zoho.com/home.zc#contacts. I have a bunch of contacts that end in @abcde.com, and I want to find them all to delete them. But when I type "abcde.com" in the search, it finds none. Why won't it search by partial email addresses?

I have built an action in the report quick view for multiple records, selected collection of records, created an workflow with action to run the custom function. Hello, I'm new to Zoho, and i "sent" out two days ago via the platform emails to 4 leads, however they are not showing up in the "history". I actually thought it was very difficult to even confirm if the emails went through, so at this point I am not sure they went anywhere. With the items not loading across all areas, how do i confirm if the messages actually were distributed?

How agents can assign their own tasks,
We have Leads and we create Automated Tasks from Blueprint which gets auto assigned for the Lead owner, but we need our different people to assign these tasks to themselves, rather then to the record owner. Ideally what we expect is, 1. Agents from our team, can automatically pick and assign some tasks to thier pool, rather it being assigned to the Lead owner. 2. Agents should also be flexible to assign this tasks to their peer if needed.

We utilize the insertrecord API and currently update our duplicate leads. However we have multiple business lines now and would like to allow duplicate emails to simply create duplicate records if possible. I could not find in the documentation how to do this. Is it possible?
Help desk doesn't process anonymous tickets
I have our Helpdesk set up to allow users to create tickets without having an account. When a user does this, the success message appears along with a ticket number. Problem is, no ticket is created, and the user who created it isn't notified.

Hi I am using ZOHO Java SDK to pull data from ZOHO crm modules e.g. Leads, Contacts etc. The Java SDK internally uses REST apis to pull module data. Until now, I have successfully established data pulling in JSON format. However, I would like to know is there a way to obtain JSON schema for the module record data.

Hi, I've associated CRM and Zoho Projects successfully but when I add a task and try to add to CRM I get a message saying "no accounts or deals found". I had this issue once before and managed to fix by disassociating the project and then reassociating but this hasn't worked. Can anyone suggest a fix?

I want to manually select Related Lists, depending upon the account. For example, in the John Doe account, I might want it to display a module that I do not need in most other accounts. Seems like this should be a much-needed / sought after feature.

I'm having an issue with something that I thought was simple... the following code won't compile. It is the only code I've put in an "on edit on input" workflow for a form which contains a subform. I am sure it is something obvious, but I can't see what is wrong with the syntax. FYI - the subform name is correct. Zapier -> Zoho event - invites all users
Hello, I have a Zap created that takes information from a form created in JotForm and creates an event in Zoho Connect. All works fine except that when Zap creates the event in Zoho - it "invites" all the users of the group/wall that the event is being posted in. Is there a way to NOT invite anyone, or make it just myself so all of my staff doesn't get invited to Susie's day off? I have tried putting my email in the invite section of the Zap and it still invited everyone. Zapier doesn't know how

How to make a function to delete record from custom module?
I would like to create a function to delete a record from a custom module. I will usre a workflow to trgger the function that if the record meets a certain criteria i.e. the checkbox for "machine sold" is ticket the record is deleted. I'm looking to go down this route as it doesn't' appear you can set a flag to use with the main delete record button on each record, so for now I have this ability turned off so they don't delete records without marking the machine has been sold. Why is my filter not working in my CRM report?
Hello! I have created a lead report and want to filter out leads from shows. We have designated these in a field titled 'Lead Quality' then denoted as '5 - Show List'. I have this filter set as 'Lead Quality isn't 5 - Show List' but they are still showing on my report. Any idea why? I also have a filter of 'Lead Status isn't Disqualified' and the pattern set as OR. I have also tried AND, but that doesn't work either. Thanks for the help.
