First Response Times and Business Hours.
Hello, We've set up business hours and I'm looking to get a snap-shot of our First Response times (most of the other metrics aren't too relevant to us at the moment). I have 2 questions: 1: If I go to Reports and look at the overview for Nov2016 the FRT is shown as 2:08 But if I go to The First Response Time Dashboard it's a much better 0:24 (with a system response time of 2:08) Is this because the overview isn't taking into account business hours? 2: Looking again at Nov2016 there's two specific

Just wanted to share this tip below with others who are using Zoho Books for law firms. TIP: When applying a retainer payment (trust funds) against an invoice to be paid, create a email trigger wth a reminder to transfer bank trust funds into the operating bank account. Later on with bank feeds, transaction is ready to be matched when reconciling bank account. Here's a sample email notification: A reminder to transfer client trust funds from Trust account to the Operatingl account for invoice payment.

Adding a Zoho Projects Task when a draft invoice is created
Hi, I have a bunch of recurring invoices set to create draft invoices for me. Is it possible to get Invoice to add a task to Zoho Projects asking me to check & approve the invoice? I've tried using webhooks connecting with Zoho Flow & Projects but these only seem to work with created invoices and not drafts. Just need a way to know when a draft has been created so I can approve it. Many thanks. Rgds Jon

Get min/max/avg values into a form/report from records in a different form?
I have two forms: Form A & Form B. Both forms have a field called Item Number. Form A also has a field called Price. I would like to see min/max/avg values from Form A/Price show up in my Form B. For example, if I have 3 records in Form A w/ the Item Number 1001 at Prices of $5, $10 & $20, I would like to see the min/max/avg of those prices in Form B records w/ Item Number 1001. How can I code that? Thanks!
Zoho Forms to Zoho CRM - edit response
We have a zoho form that our employee starts and submits, and then a day or two later, they "edit their response". I have the zoho form integrated with the zoho crm. I submitted a response and it made a new record in the proper module (yay!). But when I tried to "edit my response", it doesn't update the crm with the new answers - is that correct? If that is how it works right now, it would be awesome if it did work that way :) Thanks.

Android Application doesn't match the linked fields on ticket layout
I've tried to process a ticket from the Android application today and found out that the linked fields aren't being listed as their browser counterpart. A linked subfield is being listed including all of its contents instead of being filtered out based on the field dependency.
Can't find a "lookup relationship" needed to delete a module I want to change
I built a custom module called AIT Staff, and created a lookup field in the Accounts module that referred to a field in the custom created one. I decided to change the approach I was going to use and deleted the lookup field from the Accounts module, and tried to delete the custom module I had created, but can't because it says: 'AIT Staff' cannot be deleted as it is not an independent module. The following lookup relationship with 'AIT Staff' must first be deleted before deleting the module.

MS365 Calendar Integration
Hello, I am testing the calendar integration between ZProjects and MS365 and there appear to be two important limitations: The Integration appears to be one-way (from ZProjects to MS365) only as I have been unable to update an event in MS365 and have it go back to Zprojects. A repeating event created in ZProjects only goes over to MS365 as a single event and does not have any of the repeating times. Are both of these true or am I missing something?

One of the mail users incoming / outgoing mail is disabled. When I see the user in control panel, I see incoming / outgoing disabled in red. When I try and enable it, I get the error message: Operation permitted for paid user(s) only. gerardo@acresdeamor.org is the email address.

Currently it seems you can only have budget items related to work hours based upon task. Hi there, I see that this has been released on Zoho Projects (https://www.zoho.com/projects/help/company-profile.html#businesshours-settings) - "Once configured, the weekends will get skipped if the tasks falls on non-working days." What don't we have the same on CRM so that automated Tasks due on weekends are shifted to the Monday? What about giving user the ability to select 'Business Days' on top of 'Days', 'Hours' & 'Minutes' when triggering a Workflow Rule on a 'Date/DateTime'?
Selected Desk Ticket Field is not being synchronized
I've created a few reports to see the weekly ticket status on all departments in our Desk data. One of the departments was missing a field called "Serial Numbers" and I have added it into the synchronization setup just now but after forcing the synchronization I can't find it on the "Show/Hide Column" of the report settings. We require links on our Desk Portal to our secure FTP server for customers to download products. Looking at the Desk API's it appears we can use Account and Contact create/update events to create corresponding structures on an FTP Server which then would be accessed from links on the desk portal. Modifying (cloning) a Journey
Hi guys, Another little bug. I have created a funnel called "Slaughter Supporter Welcome Letter" which is basically an email drip-feed program. I activated it, and then decided to modify some of the journey (I want to add emails, etc). I clicked EDIT on the active flow and was told that the flow would be cloned. I confirmed that. So far, so good. However, the cloning process dialog just stayed for about 30min. This morning (about 20 hours later) it appears that the cloning is still in process.
