Twilio Phone Problem with Windows 10
I have two Windows 10 computers which I can't get the Twilio phone integration to work on. The problem is the agent cannot set their phone agent status as online - (the loading circle stays there forever). Also the agent cannot play voicemails which are left as tickets. I have tried Chrome and Edge browsers and both have the same problems. I have also tried Chrome incognito mode. I have several Chromeboxes on the same network and the Twilio integration works perfectly on those machines. Can anybody

Be able to pull a report to see expenses by employee
Hello - I currently enabled the function to add the employee to the expense that was incurred. We are a small (family owned) shop with 3 people total. Everyone has a business credit card and we'd like to see where the money is going and who is behind each transaction. I chatted with a Zoho rep and he said there is no report that can be pulled to add the emplyee name to the report. I would really like to see the employee name be added to a customized report. Is there anyway to sort draft posts by creation date, for easier browsing?, since I have hundreds of posts in the draft posts section and each time I have to go down for a while to reach to the oldest post to start scheduling it.

Can't move emails from server to local folder (Apple Mail Mac OS Mojave)
HI, I have reached the limit of email storage for Zoho and am trying to move emails to a local folder on my app (I use the default Apple Mail program). The emails are moved ok from the archive to my locally created folder in Mail. But when I look at Zoho online, the emails are still showing in the archive. I'm set up on Mail via IMAP, all software is the latest. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Contact Form Problem
We use a WIX site and want to put a ZOHO contact form on it to get leads automatically on to our CRM and use the captcha feature to get rid of spam. WIX uses an HTML frame for adding any user html. When I add the ZOHO contact form code, ZOHO forces me to give a landing page but when the contact form is executed the landing page is displayed inside the html frame instead of displaying the new page on its own. Need to be able to set a Closed Task as a Predecessor task
When using a roll-up defined project I find that I often have to add new tasks that are dependent on a existing closed task. Having this dependency will set the Start date of the new task. Unfortunately Projects does not allow the adding a dependency on a completed task. Hi, I discovered I had a Zoho account that wasn't linked to an email address, or at least I thought it wasn't and decided to delete it. However it's also deleted my friends account which I helped her to set up a number of years ago. I think somehow my account was linked to hers? I've tried to log into her email account and ask for password reset but it gives a message that the account is inactive. What is the process for restoring the account and her emails? Thanks
