editing main signature
Unable to edit my main signature. There is no edit option. Does not open up somehow so i can edit. I wont let me choose another siganture for my main email either. Please advise.

Hi! I changed the signatures via https://mail.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#mailaccounts after that, in the mail became the inactive menu for selecting signatures and the ability to edit signatures via https://mail.zoho.com/zm/#settings/all/signatures was lost. How it's happened and what to do?

Workflow Deluge Script not working in subforms
Hello, I've set up filters for my database for lookup fields so that users logged into the customer portal can only see records that are associated with them. I've also had to add some Deluge Script to allow for administrators logged in to be able to see all of the records. This has worked fine when directly accessing forms - all of the records populate the lookup fields appropriately. However, when looking at these as sub-forms, I (as an administrator) can no longer see all of the records populating

This function only returns one value to all records
Hi, I built this function to update a field in form with the text name of the lookup field in that same form. This works... except that for every record, it is updating the same lookup field name to all fields, instead of the correct lookup field for that record. So instead of getting the correct Single Workout Name for each record, I get the same one for ALL records. I am missing a part of the code that pulls from the same record and update that same record. I am not sure what I am missing.
Not receiving emails, but can send them
Our team is able to send emails, but we are unable to receive them. Furthermore, our attempts to send emails to the Zoho email address only results in error messages. Upon review, all MX records are pointing to Zoho. This has been an ongoing problem and any urgent assistance to resolve it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, G.

Hello Zoho team, First of all, thank you for the excellent service, makes my life a lot easier. Second, here's an idea - could we get a simple and fast document viewer for MS office files? There is one for pdfs and images, why do we need to open docs and xlsxs in zoho docs built-in app? It takes ages to load - it is actually faster to download the files and open them in proprietary apps. Not very convenient. Thank you! Best, Jan

How to record excess payment more than the invoice value?

Hello, I wanted to request 2 things which will make MASSIVE difference in automation. 1. Call feature - please add this feature to the workflow feature. I see that in setting up workflows, we can add tasks, convert leads, add webhooks, add tags, etc. But we can't add a call or event. We have to go through custom function for this and it doesn't make sense. Calls and events and tasks are what run crms, but youve only automated one! that's a joke, right?? 2. Mac screen resolution
Hi, Has anyone else noticed that switching to Fit to Screen doesn't work when remotely accessing a Mac? The image of the host screen remains small - and text is not readable. Host is a 27" iMac. Remote workstations have been Mac or PC. In the past, the screen information could be increased/magnified by clicking Fit to Screen - but it has stopped working when the host is Mac. Any suggestions on making this work again? I've uninstalled and downloaded & re-installed the unattended access software.
