Hi I'd like to create a theme from scratch. Is there a guide or any reference on how to do this? For example is there a guide to the variables I can use?
Scheduled emails from creator
I know that I can schedule emails from creator based on date but how can I check other fields first. Example before I send an auto email based on a field date I also want to check a field to see if the customer opted out etc. I know I could do the in crm but creator offers me the facility to have life formula updates.
Disappearing emails
Dear Zoho Team I seem to be missing a lot of old emails. Anything after a year old has vanished from my account without trace. Please advise how this can be rectified as I need access to these emails ASAP please. Thank you in advance for you help

Hi, I have just signed to use the Web versions of zoho notebook. Mine is PC Windows 10 platform and I am using Google Chrome with Web Clipper added. I have searched and view how to use this Web version of notebook. It looks great with an idea to drag the picture from any web page to the note. However, it looks so different each time when I drag the picture from any web page. Unlike the video I have seen in youtube, it always come with an URL address before the picture. How to access templates quicker during creating email?
Hello Everyone! I am getting used to using Zoho mail. I can not find the way to access to saved templated quicker during making a new email. I need to click on the Last tab with (... vertical), drop-down, and then select Template. This takes too many steps. Does any-one know how to make a shortcut of Template on the Menu next to the Send button or somewhere else? Thank in advanced.

Above 4 MB attachment Mails getting sent multiple times, Outlook sent items does not show sent mail where as Zoho sent items show multiple entries
Hi, when I am trying to send any mail with an attachment (file size above 4MB), it gets sent to recipient multiple times. the mail is also shown in Zoho sent items for the multiple times but at the same time it is not shown in outlook sent items and shows in outbox. this is happening since 10 days and it is really annoying when it gets hit at Client's mail box multiple times. i actually have to delete the mail from outbox after i see the ZOHO sent items (whr it shows the mail sent multiple times).

I'm trying to convince a company to invest in Zoho Creator but their main complaint is that form layouts are too primitive. I'm learning how to use the form builder and can only see 2 choices. Single and double column layouts. I can't place the fields freely on the form. I'm sure they will invest in Zoho if I can show them a nice looking data entry form. Question about Zoho Forms/
We recently found that we can create forms from the Zoho campaigns and Zoho CRM (Leads module) Our goal is to create forms that can be embed in our Wix website, but we are not sure if we should be using Zoho forms - Zoho Campaigns forms- or Zoho CRM forms. If anyone have experience with forms I would like to hear your recommendations.
IPAD: Is there a way to change or add to the design on mobile?
The desktop version has lots of customization, including the ability to add your own images such as a adding your company logo at the top of the form. However, my iPad only shows a plain template with ability to only change the accent color. What are the limitations for the app version of these forms? and if I purchased the basic plan, will I be able to at least see my companies logo at the top of the form? What I see on my iPad.

Any Trick? Combine Single and Double Columns In a Form
Hello- Just started playing with creator and I've run into a design challenge within forms: Right now, a form can only be a single or double column. Does anyone know a trick to have both in 1 form? Its a bummer to take up tons of vertical space for small entries like a checkbox or date and I find my forms as strangely tall. Or, is there a way to have multiple fields side by side? Anyone have a suggestion? Thx!

Domain settings not working
Hi, On Zoho Sites, I would like to change my primary domain and delete some old domains I do not own anymore but it did not work When I click on "make primary," nothing happens When I click on the red cross to delete the domain, the pop up appears and I click on "ok", the pop up disappear but nothing happens I tried to contact support but that did not work either Even if I click on the "send" button nothing happens Is there a bug? Pivot Table to Count Tasks in Related Form
Hi- We have Form 1 to collect the names of employees.
