Report for running total vs forecast
Hello, I'm currently trying to build a report that would show how much income has been received to date vs a set forecast. I envisioned some kind of doughnut chart that shows a percentage that gradually increases as additional income is received, but am unsure how to do this in Zoho, or if it is feasible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sam

IMAP SELECT failed in thunderbird
I am trying to setup IMAP and keep getting the SELECT failed on current operation on inbox. I have IMAP enabled for the email account imap set to port 993 SSL normal password imap.zoho.com user name is email address. Am I missing something?

Make projects more user friendly
Zoho Projects team, You've got a great product here, but it is also VERY backwards. The way this software is set up is not the natural way. Even your support icons are on the bottom. Please think about it. In a lot of softwares that are EASY to use, where do they put thier support buttons? On the top, people. Your software is missing duplicate template features. This is utterly baffling. with the sheer amount of templates and sheer length of each template means they should be easily duplicated.

Subtask Work Hours Not Reflected in Milestones
I have a Task List related to a milestone. Within that task list, I have subtasks with Work hours associated. When I look at the Milestone view, the work hours from subtasks do not show. In this screen shot, you can see the work hours associated to the "SEO Done" milestone. In this screen shot, you can see the milestone where hours are not displayed: (As an aside, I'm aware of the "roll up" feature for projects; a brief experimentation with that showed NO workhours displayed for tasks for subtasks.

Hi, I am using zoho invoice for my two applications. And I am using zoho API in my two applications too. I Have created two organizations with my zoho account and I can able to access zoho invoice through zoho UI. My doubt is could I able to use two organisations for my two applications simultaneously using zoho invoice api with one zoho account(considering one account charges of plan for invoice), or It's not possible to use simultaneously with one account. Mobile menu not updating
Hello, I've set up a customer portal for our users, and in my testing I've noticed that the menu isn't updating on the mobile side. I've hidden items and renamed some things, but those changes aren't taking effect on mobile. I do see the changes when I login on my desktop, so I know the changes are being made. I just can't figure out why they wouldn't be updating on mobile. Is there some delay in updating the mobile that I'm not aware of? Or, or is this a glitch? Any help is appreciated.
Zoho email IOS client stopped receiving emails - "page not found"
Hi My Iphone has just stopped receiving emails in the Zoho mail app - it gives me an error "page not found". I have made no changes to any settings and still receive push notifications when new emails arrive but can't load them into the app. I've tried restarting the phone but this has made no difference. I can still access emails via my laptop using IMAP and also the via the Zoho website The last email I did receive was at 10:48 this morning GMT any ideas what is wrong? thanks Jon

No way to find specific instances of a string within a note?
I've installed Notebook on iOS and my Mac, and have imported a number of informational notes from Evernote. I'm trying to search for where a certain string appears in a note, and find it hard to believe there is no way to do it. Specifically - I have a notebook called "Info" and it contains one note with all US telephone area codes, and another note containing all US Census Bureau county FIPS codes. I'll use searching for "Any occurrence of the string '404' in any of my Info notes" as an example.

Can't make the Session Recording works in my single page application (SPA)
Hi, I'm trying to use pagesense for heatmaps and session recordings, but I got a problem, related to the fact that my application is a SPA that uses Vue.js and Vue-router. The first page always loads fine, regardless the route, but when user clicks on links I immediately see a blank screen on the video, instead of the next page's UI. After signing up for a free 30 day trial of Zoho One, today it expired. I need some more time to think if I want to become a paying subscriber for Zoho One. Retrieving Customers from subscriptions.
Hello, I have a function that I created today that pulls customers from subscriptions. And no matter what page number I put in I get the same records. The page number is set to 4 below. But no matter what I use I get the same customers. Below is code: Custs = zoho.subscriptions.getList("Customers","649130175",200,4); I could change the 4 to 1 and I would still get the same customers. Could someone look into this for me. Client/Lead Age related report or workflow
Is there any way for a report or workflow to pull a list of contacts/leads in crm that are within a specific age? I would like a monthly report to show me people who are turning 65 within the next 8 months. Is this possible with Zoho? So for the month of February, it would show only people turning 65 within March thru October of that year. The March report would show April thru November. I haven't found a way to do such a report or workflow.

Recently created custom fields not appearing in Zoho motivator
Hi there, I've created a new field in my leads module that I would like to track in Zoho motivator as a KPI. But for whatever reason, the field is missing from the "other custom rules" section of motivator. This has occurred with both attempts, first of which was a checkbox and second a picklist. I might be missing something simple here, but all of my other custom fields appear in motivator, so I'm at a loss as to why this one is not appearing. Thanks
