HI, all integrations seem to import all the contacts into one single list. Its not even clear if leads are imported or only contacts. How do we create separate lists in mailchimp based on a field condition in Zoho? Thanks,

apple mail app doesn't download some messages via IMAP
Hi, I've recently set up our company's emails via IMAP instead of POP (as I'm not able to login via pop anymore for some reason...) and it seems that not all of new incoming emails are downloaded via Mail app on osx. I can see those mails within zoho web client however... IMAP settings done accordingly to zoho instructions. There are no tags presetted, there is no additional spam filter... Any hints?
Instagram Connexion
Hi, My team is trying to use the connection with Instagram through Zoho Social . Zoho asks for the log in and redirects us to Facebook Business Manager but when we enter our password we are not able to connect because Zoho blocks the connection. Fb, Twitter and Linkedin integrations are working perfectly but Instagram doesn't seem to work properly. is there any way we can solve this? Thanks
Outlook 365 wont connect now since upgrade
Hi not sure if the upgrade is a red herring but I had some issues last week trying to add a diffreent domain to my account but deleted that in the end. in my outlook 365 on my computer (Not OWA) I deleted the hello@openformula account then tried to Add back again. It doesn't matter what setting I try I simply cannot get it to connect. I also have Outlook installed on my laptop which is sending and receiving OK. Please could you investigate why Outlook will not connect for info one ofthe errors

How to link Zoho Account to Office 365 after clicking create new account instead?
I got SAML single sign on working (office 365) and as an agent I already had a ZOHO account. I messed up when it asked me to create a new account or link to existing ZOHO. Now when I login with SSO its not showing my agent page. I had another agent do it the right way and link and it works as expected. Thanks
Deny answering a ticket without mandatory fields filled
A lot of times agents forget to fill mandatory fields because it is possible to reply without filling them, making it mandatory to fill before being able to reply the ticket would solve it (And IMO it should work like that since the beginning).
Zoho Server Blacklisted by ZapBL and SORBS

Users Cannot See Past Emails From Group Email
I have added a few users to my email group. However, they are unable to see the emails that have been sent to that group in the past. There is currently no way to do that and it is EXTREMELY important! I have tried sharing the folder with the emails with the users. However, they cannot use the search feature on shared emails now. Why?! I need my users to be able to have past emails from the group I have added them to.

How do I stop views from defaulting to last 30 days?
I'll set the view open tickets (as well as others) to show more than the last 30 days as well as more than 20 tickets and it will work for a while but then again and again defaults back to 30 days. We don't only use tickets for service issues that get resolved quickly and it can cause errors if employees don't see tickets. Setting the user's Default View for Contacts, Leads, etc
We want the user to see "My Contacts" or "My Leads" or "My Accounts" when they go to that module. I'm stumped - I set "My Contacts" to be the one Favorite and it doesn't help. If this isn't in the current product, I'd like to suggest the ability to set one View as the default startup View. Thanks!

Maximum number of Contacts synced to Outlook
I synced about 13,000 CRM contacts to a new Outlook Address book and Outlook is now unacceptably slow. A few questions. 1. What's the easiest way to delete that address book so that I don't delete the contacts in CRM? 2. Is there a way categorize contacts in CRM for synchronization into Outlook? For this first attempt I synced everything, then was planning on removing the "Zoho" category in Outlook for selected contacts.

I am a Zoho One subscriber and originally used Zoho Docs for my cloud drive. I then discovered Zoho Docs is not optimized for business use and that I should consider Zoho Team Drive and so I migrated a great deal of data to Zoho TeamDrive and now see we have "Zoho WorkDrive"? I am confused and cannot easily find any details on how this new component fits into the Zoho "Drive" universe within my subscription? Does it replace TeamDrive or is it what TeamDrive turned into? A minimum of three users are required when signing up for Workdrive. Do they all have to be part of the same domain? Or can those three users be spread across three different domains that I'm hosting mail with using Zoho?
Saving Filters (are URL Variables an option?)
When looking at lists (e.g. of projects), I often need to reapply the same filters (e.g. all active projects that are owned by me) many times a day, day after day. It would be ideal if I could save these filters in some way, e.g. by making them the default for me, or even better, i could bookmark them. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this is possible. Is there any way to save or bookmark filtered lists, e.g. by appending url variables or some other method? Would save me a LOT of time!
