Sendemail depending on subform row
We have a tracking subform with date/status of shipment. Every day we have to update the status twice, adding in every update rows depending of the status. We have created a some sendmail actions when editing wich depends on the status. We need send the email depending on the most recent status updated. We use on success, for each record, if but the email sent always is the first status on the subform, not the last row status as we need to be. could you help us with the script?
All inbound email bouncing "553 Relaying Disallowed" - critical error

Outlook 2019 Exchange Activesync S/MIME cert problems
Hello, I would like to ask for a help, please. I have just installed Outlook 2019 (not 365) and I am trying to configure it for sending digitally signed emails (exchange activesync). In every email it says digital signature is not valid (with yellow triangle alert). Certificate is installed correctly (tried it with another nonzoho email account at Outlook 2019 (IMAP) and it is working fine. S/MIME is configured correctly as well, so I would like to ask if it is something @Zoho side. Thank you.

Hello, we are currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We don't currently have an account set up with Zoho, but are leaning heavily towards purchasing Zoho Desk as a replacement to Dynamics. Create a simple email listing
I've spent the entire day attempting and researching how I can create a simple email list. I need to send regular emails out to 2 different groups of people and would like to create listing for each. Too timely to drag each name into the TO field with each email. At the present, I've created a group called "MA Board" and was able to only add @seatrailma.com (our domain) email addresses. I'm looking over the guides and I can't seem to find what i'm looking for. We are school who is wanting to replace our old IT Ticket software. We demoed Zoho desk and it looked like what we wanted. Lead Stolen
Is there anyway to notify the lead owner when a lead is changed/stolen? I have it set so the Lead creator is notified but that is causing some issues as most of the time it is just admin. I want the lead owner to know when someone goes in that lead's profile and change the owner to themselves. I was able to create a link to edit a record, but when done editing, the user has to hit the back button. How to I request that the edit form appear in a pop-up window? Not receiving any emails?
Hello, I just setup Zoho with my domain and I'm liking it so for. Although, Through some testing I've noticed that I'm not able to receive any emails. I can send emails without a problem. Except to @mail.com participants, for some reason my mails end up in the trash for them. I've tried sending mail to myself with (Hotmail, Gmail, Mail, & Yandex) without any success. All the email senders are whitelisted so they don't get marked by spam. I set everything up correctly and according to the 'Domain'

We are currently in the process of migrating from Salesforce to Zoho. All data from Salesforce to Zoho was not the problem. The problem is the bills. Salesforce has a kind of EPS format. But Zoho can not do anything with this format. Now the question: Does anyone have a solution for importing invoices from Salesforce customers into Zoho CRM so that they can be viewed and printed or sent via email? Some Incoming Emails Not Reaching Me (dmarc policy)
Hi I have been alerted recently that some emails are not getting through to me (and not in Spam folder). After some experimentation my wife replied using an aol.com account which failed to send. The technical reasons are below: Could anyone shed any light on this? My Domain is verified with Zoho and has DKIM and SPF authentication so I don't understand why AOL is blocking it (the same aol email account was able to send emails to another email account that I own on 1and1 without any authentication!).

Hi, I was wondering, I usually make my invoices as draft, but if I used Create, Charge and Send Invoices, will that CHARGE only the customers for which I have the credit cards information, and simply send an invoice to the others (the ones for whom I don't have credit card info). Item Purchase Rate
Hello, tried to search the forum but found none related. So my question is how do I input the purchase rate for a new item? The item purchased in the Purchase Order is in USD, but the purchase rate in purchase information (new item) is in IDR (local currency). Usually we input the purchase rate when we have paid the bills with the exchange rate given on the day we paid it. So I wonder on how do I create this new item? How to handle 2yr subscription paid up-front in Zoho Subscriptions
Our company offers 2yr subscriptions, with the 2yr subscription fee paid for up-front. The challenge we have with setting this up in Zoho Subscriptions is that, after the first 2yr period, we would like to have the subscription auto-renew annually at the 1yr price. So, as an example: initial subscription is $200 for 2 yrs and then, subsequent subscriptions billed at $150 annually. Is there a hack or workaround to make this happen, by chance?

I want to send emails directly from Zoho. I originally setup the account under my Gmail address. But I want to send emails from my business domain email address. When I try to edit my primary email address, however, I keep receiving the message: "Email ID already Exists" How do a change this???
CRM : Modify contact note date?
I just imported my list of contacts in Zoho CRM. I would like to add notes in those contacts in order to keep a track of differents events about them (where I met them, on wich projet, what did we said,...). So I'm gonna add notes to each of those contacts. But these notes allways have today's time. How could I modify this time (inorder to move it in the past, when the corresponding event happened)?
