E-mails going directly to Trash folder
I've been missing e-mails for some time only to realise that they are all going straight to the Trash Folder. And just to clarify I also have zero filters in my account. Does anybody knows how to fix this?

Changeable invoice notes?
In Invoices: Settings > Preferences > Invoices. I've filled in what my husband often likes to put, in his invoice notes for customers -- but he doesn't want it to ALWAYS appear, but cannot remember the text on his own. Is there any way to save that as a notes "option," and call it up into the invoice, the exact same way, "on demand?"

I've made a mistake and I set the administrator email to administrator@mydomain.co.il and i want it to be office@mydomain.co.il how may i change it? I have 5 users limit, I can't use that email unless I'll change it to office. should I delete all mydomain account or there is a way to just change the super administrator email? Speed Up Interface
Is it possible for you guys to include an option that users could toggle on and off that would enable a stripped down interface? It is soooooo slow because there is so much complexity and a ton of CSS. I would love to strip out the animations between page loads and departments, take out the drop shadows everywhere, take off the animation to open the fly out menus on tickets, remove the animation on the settings pane. All of this stuff just makes the interface feel slow and pokey and it does not need
Suggestions to make Checklist Extension better
I think the Checklist extension has some awesome potential. A few suggestions to make it better: on the Checklist tab, indicate the number of checklists so that there is some visual indicator that there's something to be looked at there...similar to showing the number of subtasks on the subtask tab. Be able to reorder checklist items. Checklist templates so we can add a pre-existing templates. Scott
Unable to send as Cliq "email attachment" alternative from other apps
It should be possible to send attachment with Cliq from other apps on iPhone iPhone Cliq app v3.8.1 Audio recording app (Phillips Recorder) offers option to send audio file as mail attachment. When selecting this option, multiple email apps and messaging services come up, including Cliq. However, selecting Cliq sends message but no attachment. A workaround is to "Copy to Files" from send menu, and then select and send from Files app. However, it would be preferable to send directly. Is this because

I have two forms: Client and Pet. Clients can be related to multiple Pets; each Pet has one related Client. On the Client form, I have a Pets multiple lookup field with the ability to Add New pets. Hi! I want to find a way to download multiple files in an easier way. I have a form that allows the user to input 13 files. Today, we have to download one file at a time. I thought about creating a custom action to download all the files at once OR sending an email with all of the files attached to it. I'm having trouble with both option. Hi, we have agents making support in a rotation schedule. The tickets are assigned to an agent associated to a team. if a customer replies the assigned agent receives a notification, but the initially assigned agent is probably not on duty. How can we notify all agents of a specific team, even if the ticket is not assigned to a team but an agent? Hello, Currently, I have 2 Zoho CRM Syncs set up. 1 for Leads and 1 for Contacts. In my Zoho CRM Leads Sync I've selected "Remove from mailing list" however, I see my numbers change unexpectedly and when I go back to the settings to check, Dont Exclude is selected. Are my settings not being saved correctly or does Zoho Campaigns default to Dont Exclude when I'm editing (meaning, it might have been on Remove from mailing list before but since I'm editing it's gone back to the default)? Hi, I am a little confused on how to make my taxes correctly. In Hawaii the GET Tax due is 4.5%, however the state allows us to charge and collect 4.712% in order to make our clients pay for the excise tax on the excise tax.
