REPORT result does not match the live/actual data
Hi, I have a simple CHART report that show the breakdown of data based on a status column (drop down list) but somehow it does not pick up all data. For example in total we have 78 entries but the report only shows 75 entries. Also when we change the status of the entry and run the report, the status change is not reflected in the report (I have confirmed this by checking the underlying data) Shouldn't REPORT looking at live/actual data? Or is this problem only happened to our account? Can someone

I often find that I just need to put a task due date, and often a start date isn't appropriate or necessary. However the system doesn't allow for a due date only, it insists on a start date as well. In any given task list for us there are priorities, so due dates need to be assigned. The task can be assigned to a person at a later stage, and, when that is done it is at that time we would also then wish to assign a start date. Is it possible to make the start date optional please?

Taking a printout of the Relationship diagram on one page
Right now I can scroll around and see the relationship diagram but it would be easier to take a printout on a large paper, eg A0 or A1 where I can see all the tables at once. I tried the print button and setting the Save As Pdf with landscape format and Size of Paper A0 and A1 etc. But it seems to only export whatever is in the current view. Is there a way to export the whole schema?

Assigning Tasks to external user
Hello, I want to assign task to one of my user and send a notification to the personnel on zoho as well as their personal email. How can I achieve the same? I am on the free mail plan. i have created an id for the user within the free plan and assigning the the task to them. But since I am on a free plan mail forwarding is not possible and aliases of external domains are not allowed as well. Any suggestions for a workaround? Thanks, Anand

I am trying to write below custom function for automated workflow in my developer edition for trial version which triggers it (Removed create Record logic below) leadDetails = zoho.crm.getRecords("Leads"); info leadDetails; I tried to execute it for test. I need to be able to create a visual map based on addresses or long/lat of given records. Does anyone know if this possible and how to do it? Also I'm wondering if it could create a route between the addresses. Basically I use it to store bus routes and need to be able to show the data as a map. Since many of my clients are non-profit organizations, I offer them a rate discount for certain design services. Is there a way to track discounts so I can see how much I've discounted throughout the year?
