Managing several brands in Zohodesk
Hello, I noticed that Zohodesk allows to manage several brands from a single account and was wondering if it is possible to have different homepages for them (so they can have different articles in their KB) or they will have to share the same one.
Is it possible to obtain the reports of some existent dashboards?
We want to obtain the reports of our FCRR (First Contact Resolution Rate), ART (Average Reply Time), AFRT (Average First Response Time) etc to be able to present them as KPIs to our management. Some of these KPIs are possible to be recreated on the Reports module but some of them such as FCRR are not possible to be created with Desk's reporting functions. I can't believe that ZOHO does not support this: when we generate invoices that have multiple pages (long product table), we need the header section on EVERY page, in our country this is required from a legal point of view. So how do I solve this in my invoice templates?

Hello, I have had a few separate occasions in the last few days where a client or otherwise is trying to reach me and stated they sent me an email (or several). When I go into my inbox, I do not see any of their emails, even in the Spam folder. Some of these emails are very important and I need the contents within them. Where are they going? SMS Texts Module incoming phone number field
We are successfully using the Twilio SMS extension in CRM. In the SMS Texts module there is no field for incoming phone number. If a new lead (not in the CRM) sends us an SMS we are unable to see a reply number. How can we add the incoming number field?

Hi, I am trying to get the aggregate value of a field from multiple forms. My Stock Out form has the following fields: 1. Sale order number 2. Product code 3. DKIM & MX Won't verify for ZOHOMAIL - GoDaddy Domain
Hi, I'm using Zoho Email with Godaddy but I can not enable DKIM. This is the error message: "DKIM cannot be enabled for the domain as no verified default selector present" I've added everything in Godaddy DNS manager (TXT, zoho._domainkey.ranop.net, TXT VALUE) and TTL 600. Domain is verified, MX not verified, SPF verified, DKIM not verified.

Each ticket has development and testing, therefore, each milestone is a developer, example: Francisco.
Then each developer has a task list that corresponds to a ticket number. Then each task list always has two tasks (Development and Testing) Therefore

Multiple lookup field
I'm just starting out with Zoho Creator. Presently I just have two forms: 1. Personnel 2. Organisational Units A person can belong to multiple organisational units. I have added a LOOKUP field to the personnel form allowing user to select which unit the person belongs to. But I can't find how to allow multilple organisational units to be selected.
