Autoresponders: How to exclude responders from follow-up emails?
Hi there, I recently sent out an email campaign, and scheduled follow-up emails via Email-Action Autoresponder, to people who open/click, as well as to people who do not open the initial email. Now, how do I exclude people who opened/clicked on the initial email from receiving a follow-up email, if they contacted me in the meantime? I obviously only want the follow-up emails to go out to people who did not get in touch with me in the meantime. How can this be done? Thanks for any help, Steffen

Time Log Report Across Zoho Apps?
Currently there are at least 4 different apps in Zoho where users can book time. Projects Desk Books People In our case for instance, the same user may book time against both Projects and Desk Tickets. So we have no way to see a simple timesheet for a user that shows all their hours. Using Zoho Reports, would it be possible to create a report that combines the hours logged by employee across Projects and Desk. Cannot retrieve super admin password
Hi , I am trying to login to my super admin account suhail@lattice.ae, but my password doesn't work. When I tried to reset the password , the reset link was sent to my secondary email, but couldn't find an email from zoho on that email address i. e suhail@lattad.com. Copying from Another app(NoteMaster) into Zoho Notebook
Having opened a Notemaster note in Zoho Notebook as a text file, I find that I am unable to edit the file in Notebook. I was hoping to be able to do this as it provided a relatively quick way of allowing me to cleave Notemaster and join Notebook. The other option that I had was to open the note as a Word file rather than text. Would that have allowed me to edit it afterwards?

Can change default account
Hi I have a business outlook account set up as a 'send as' account in my zoho mail. I want to make it my default send account but I couldn't. It only showed my zoho account. So I set the outlook account up as a pop account and it worked but this is not what I wanted to do.... Gmail allows setting a default 'send as' account that is not a pop account... Thanks Paul

Should I use a Custom Function?
I seem to be stuck on how to accomplish the following. When I add a new lead and the Lead Source is "X", I want to have that lead assigned to a certain Zoho CRM Campaign. Once I save the Lead I know I can scroll down to the related records and add the Lead to the correct Campaign and maybe this is the easiest and most efficient way? Is it possible to add a Lead to a Campaign? And assuming yes, is this only possible using Custom Functions? Thanks!

Cant enable mail hosing for my domain
Hi I have my own domain khanyiselaprojects.co.za When I try enable mailhosting I get an error "This domain is already associated with this account "k*****s@w*****"." I think that I tried once before to enable mailhosting and used the wrong email address. How can I register my domain when I made a mistake in typing in the email address and now I need to use the correct email address to enable mail hosting and finish setup of the mail hosting. Consolidate Campaigns
I recently upgraded from CRM Plus to Zoho One. There are two account numbers, legacy and new. Most of my email Campaigns are associated with a separate Campaigns account. I want a single view of my work under Regular Campaigns and Advanced Campaigns. Any advice for me to organize my mess? Hi I would like to create an invoice in Quickbooks Online when a salesperson moves a deal to the "won" stage in Zoho CRM. A couple of questions. 1. How do I set up the trigger when the stage is set to "won" as I don't see this in the list of triggers? 2. If the source didn't change, the system doesn't update the table (which is logical), and showing red Error in the log (which is NOT logical).
