Records before x days from today
Hello, I want to highligth in red in a report all the records that has their update time, for example, at least 15 days before from current time. So, in others words, all the records that are older than 15 days, make those records red in the report. Is it possible? Thanks!

Detail View of Lookup-field-link has no edit- and delete-option
Hello, I'm having an issue with the Detail View in the recently updated look of Zoho Creator. In the average case the Detail View gives the possiblity to edit, duplicate or delete the record. (As long as it is enabled like shown in 4: the settings of the linked record) But if I'm following the link of a Lookup field to the linked record as shown in 1., it doesn't show the buttons in the upper right corner. (compare 2.) By using a report of the linked record, the Detail View shows the buttons correctly.
Default values don't get pre-populated when receiving emails but is pre-populated when creating them manually
We did create some new required fields on one our layouts which all have default values. These default values don't get pre-populated on new tickets when we receive new emails but are pre-populated when we create new tickets manually. We have over 10 of these fields on this particular layout so it gets very tiresome for our agents to select the default values on them to be able to modify anything on the ticket. All of these fields have the same 2 values where one them is the default but the new ticket
Add email addresses to Contacts - Views
I have received an email with a number of email addresses in the bcc field. Some are existing contacts, some are not in my Contacts. What I want to do is to add this list in the bcc field to a specific Group view in Contacts. Any easy way to do this?

Send form from Contact in CRM
I want to be able to click on a contact then "Send form" from within the contact to gather further details about the contact and to send other forms so they can upload files which then attach to their contact for review by staff. If a form is sent will it link to the contact? Let me if this is possible. Thanks

Trying to customize the Chat float button
Trying to customize the chat float button so when no one is online it doesn't say: "Leave a message" "Leave us a message" as it currently does. Blueprints can't be saved since yesterday
We did encounter a problem which involved saving the modifications on blueprints. We were working on 2 different blueprints and after a while we started having a problem to save our modifications. The problem did sort out on one of the the blueprints later on but the blueprint for our "Parts" department still can't be saved. Please solve this problem asap because we are planning to start to use them starting Monday.

How Can an End-User Check the Status of a Ticket?
On our public portal, an end-user can submit a ticket and see the ticket ID number. My question is two-fold: How do we add users to the public portal? I can add agents to the Desk, but that doesn't allow logins to the public portal. How can end-users check the status of tickets? Is there a way for non-agents to look up a ticket number and see a ticket status?
Linking to local network files
Is it possible to remove http:// prefix from the URL field ? My files are located on the network drive eg. Z:\FOLDER\PDF_FILE.pdf When using URL field it forces browser navigate to http://z/FOLDER/PDF_FILE.pdf instead of file:///Z:/FOLDER/PDF_FILE.pdf How is it possible to link to local files for local network use?

OneAuth deleted my account info when I used a second account (2nd being .eu based)
I set up OneAuth on my original US based Zoho account to try & test. It worked well for a while. I then tried to use 2fa with my EU based account. It deleted the settings for my US based account. Hello, Two things about the search bar in Recruit. 1) Sometimes we start a search but we do not realize that we are not the right tab (ex: searching for a candidate even though we are on the client tab, so the search results are empty, etc...) We have to close the search, move back to the right tab (or the general one) and start again. Show autonumber field in calendar entry for event
Hi all, I am new to Zoho but have been working hard to build a system that we can use. I have set up an autonumber field in the New Event form which is a unique job number. The idea is for this job number to appear in the calendar entry so when we perform the job and fill in a Zoho Form we have easy access to the number.
