I have created a form from an excel template and imported data from it. When I import another excel file with the same data it maps the fields and imports the data correctly by adding new rows. Is there a way to import an excel file but update the data based on a key and not import the rows ? For eg. Hello! I started having issues with the Cliq desktop app on Monday, after a normal beginning-of-the-week restart of my computer (nothing special, no updates, everything was fine last week). I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, installing a previous version, nothing works. I try to create ticket submit on my web site by zoho desk "Advanced Web Form". When customer submit ticket (e.g. Ticket id #001), I login to zoho desk and move ticket to department (e.g. move ticket to hardware department). When sfatt from hardware department reply ticket from zoho desk system it send email reply to customer. Option <Remove App>
In the admin panel of Zoho One I need to remove apps that are not anymore used or that do not fit into the business case after evaluation. Otherwise it is cumbersome for administrators to keep a clean overview of the current app stack. Deactivation is there but it would be great to remove them completely. For instance I migrated everything from Docs to Team Drive. I do not want to see Docs listed for myself and organization at all. Hence the need of removing apps.

Email Blocked after going over limit
I recently went over my storage limit for email and therefore had the address blocked. However, after some cleaning, I'm not at 98% and can't seem to get the address under the limit. I plan to continue cleaning, but thought by being under the limit it would no longer be blocked.

Hello, I'm trying to upload data from my remote MySQL database into Zoho reports and I got a lot of problems and I already solved it, but this one I can't handle it so please can you help the problem is I got that error while trying to upload data with UploadFromDB.bat file :- Driver class is missing. Hi there, I'm trying to report on something based on a date set as 'up until today' (obviously this would automatically take the current day)...however I don't see this available, why? There is a 'Today' & there is the ability to set a range 'To' but that input is an exact date not a moving date like 'today'

Paste Mac screenshots from clipboard to menu helper app
The menu app on MacOS has a nice screen shot button, but I pretty much never want an entire screenshot in there. I almost always want a screen selection only. For example, I use CMD+CTL+SHIFT+4 to capture a screen selection with an area selection tool, which copies to clipboard and I paste that image in other apps. I'm not able to paste that image into the menu app. Actually, I just tested, I cannot paste into the main Notebook app either. This would be extremely helpful.

Hi I have setup an Wordpress/Gravity forms to Zoho integration and it's working really well except I am unable to get the docs uploaded via the gravity form into zoho. It says there are no attachments. I have ticked the option to include gravity forms attachments, but no luck. Is this because my trial account does not have file storage capabilities? Please help. Changing the approver based on a form answer
I'm trying to create an internal 'Leave Request' form, that would preferably go through the Approvals process. The issue is that there are 25 possible supervisors, and I can't think how to do this, because Zoho asks for one specific approver. Notifying the supervisor would be ok - is there a way to do this without asking the staff member to enter the supervisor's email address? (i.e. an email dropdown?) If anyone has any ideas on how to create a leave form that can notify a supervisor, or be approved
