A simple flow of tasks contingent of the last task ...should be pretty simple.
I have a set of 5 tasks that I want to happen for a specific module. Task 1 to happen today. Task 2 to happen 5 days after task 1 is actually completed. Task 3 to happen 5 days after task 2 is actually completed. Task 4 to happen 5 days after task 3 is actually completed. Task 5 to happen 5 days after task 4 is actually completed. Mailbox size
I have deleted ALL large mails from all the folders (Inbox, Sent) and I just have about 300 mails in my Inbox; however, under the folder section when I check, it shows the occupied space as 4GB, which is absolutely incomprehensible, as none of the 300 mails exceed 1 MB barely. I have cleared ALL the other folders such as Spam, Trash. How is this possible?

Hello, I have been trying all day to do a simple video upload. First I tried on my phone, and after that didn't work - I Googled the issue and realized that there is no support for uploading videos from mobile devices. So I tried to upload from my desktop via the desktop client. It looks as though the file is being uploaded, but every time the counter gets to 100%, I get the error: Uh oh. We couldn't attach that video. Please try again. I've tried using both Chrome and Mozilla - same result.
How do I change the "Contact Display Name"
I've set a 'contact display name' for each of my contacts, but want to change it. When I go to edit the contact it doesn't appear to allow me to change the 'contact display name' How can I do this? Thanks

Automatically resend email if not answered
Hi Is there a way in zoho to resend email to contacts that do not complete an action in the email. I am sending out email to contact with link for them to fill out a webform, many contact either forget to complete the form and never get around to doing it. I need the ability to create workflow or rule that would automatically resend them the email if they do not take take in the form. Is there a function whithin zoho for this? Thanks

A big part of using Zoho CRM for our business is not letting customers fall through the cracks. How do I remind myself to follow up with a Potential/Case/Acitivity if there hasn't been activity after certain amount of time? ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE REACTIVATED
The account ngan@emet-i.com was deactivated because it went over the 5GB limit. The user has now reduced their mailbox down to 2GB but the account is still inactive. As the administrator, I can't see a way to re-activate that account. Do I need to write to you to request this? That seems like a waste of everyone's time. Anyway, please do it for us.

Is there a way to automatically delete emails older than a specific date? Paging through them 50 at a time isn't practical as there are about 20,000 emails to delete. Thank you
Modified LookUp Field
I can't seem to find the answer to this very simple request. I have two forms Company and Contacts. There is a lookup field in the Contacts form that has you select a company from the company form. I want to create a 3rd form that will have a company lookup field and a Contacts lookup field. I want the contact lookup field to only list the contacts that are have the same value as the Company lookup field on the same form. Currently it only shows all the contacts for all of the companies.
Duplicating a site
HI, Is there a way to duplicate a site besides requesting it be done from zoho support? Sites has a great opportunity to compete in the presentation/proposal market space like Qwilr and other website-style platforms. Dashboard Panel Button
Hi everyone, I have two applications. Application A is a dispatching program for jobs being called in by clients. Application B is a scheduler program for our staff. The Scheduler application has a calendar report which shows all staff available for jobs on which day etc. Our staff work 12 day shifts so I have multi day selections for availability. On my dispatch application I want to have a panel on the dashboard that shows me a count of all staff available today. I can get a distinct count
Uploading images in survey

Make image float to the right of text
When I insert an image into a text element using the insert image tool, the image always appears on the left side of the text block and the the text does not wrap around it. How do I get an image to appear on the right side of a text block with text wrap. I'm sure it is to be done using CSS but I am unclear on how to do that. Please provide examples. Thanks.

We get multiple requests from customers asking for our catalog and price lists. Hi there! I'm trying to set a buton to download the record template as a pdf from the report. (see picture below) I have some doubts with the workflow.. i know i can perfor this with an Open URL task and > https://creator.zohopublic.com/<adminUserName>/<appLinkName>/record-pdf/<viewLinkName>/<RecordID>/<PreferredDownloadFilename>/<encryptedKey> I don't know how to get the record id of that specific recor in the report, an have no idea how to get th encrypted key... Receiving 404 Error after publishing website

Presentation library - bugs or problem?
Hello After a time without using Zoho Docs and the Presentation im now back to use it again. I see you have change it a bit since... I got issues with the Presentation Image Library (or is it called Show now?). Firstly I cannot browse my images? There is no slider in the side to scroll down the page. The only way to get a picture is to choose one of the first seven in the Library or to know the words to search for images. (The similiar problem I have if I go to the show.zoho.com site... here is yet

Exporting Large Presentations As PDF
Hi, I have a 112 slide presentation that was created in Zoho Show and when I try to export it as a PDF the system just hangs... I see waiting for zoho show in the bottom browser bar and nothing happens. I can print as a PDF and this take a while but gives me the PDF in the end. Is there a limit to exporting presentations as a PDF? Rgds Jon
Javascript can't handle Zoho Field ID from REST API
