Want to read Gmail in Zoho Mail
I want to use Zoho Mail since the emails are logged in Zoho CRM; however, I don't want to host my email at Zoho - I want to continue to host it at Google. I am having trouble getting the email setup correctly. There is an email account in Zoho for me , but nothing is coming through from Gmail.

Zoho One Subscription w/ Cliq does not provide for external level of channel
I have a Zoho One subscription for our company. I have added the Cliq app through the admin console. When I go to create a new channel I only have options for Organization, Team and Personal levels of channels. External is not an option. I work with project teams the are a mix of internal users and external subcontractors. How do I create an external channel for a specific project that allows me to invite external users just for that channel?

Notebook Quick Notes Color Picker Crash
Hi, I am using Zoho Notebook on Mac OS X 10.13.6 The "QuickNotes" Menu Bar application crashes immediately whenever I click the paint bucket and choose a new color. It crashes if I choose a preset color, or if I open the picker and click a color. To be specific, the Menu Bar application ONLY crashes. Creator: Report Criteria for Select Users
Hi, Is it possible to set criteria so that the logged in user can only see records in the report that have been assigned to them? Note that they are not the addeduser as they did not create the record. I've tried: Assigned_Case_Mgr == zoho.loginuser But since not working, assume this is because the two names may be appearing differently, ie the zoho.loginuser = joebloggs and the Assigned Case Manager = Joe Bloggs. Any suggestions?

Need Help Recovering Deleted Emails

It would be a great aid to navigating between the different pages if the page title in the web tab could be customized to tell the user which form, report, or page, was on which tab. I currently have this code to add lookup values to lookup fields on my form dynamically. It works well, the only problem being that it resets the value of the field to null. I don't want it to erase what values might already be there. Issue with a Sheet after yesterday Connectivity Issue
Hello there guys, As of today we're not being able to manipulate an specific Sheet with Pivot Tables (and filters on it) I've attached a .mp4 showing the problem itself Briefly the problem is that when we try to change the filter itself it's not doing anything or randomly showing an Error Message that implies that we cannot modify a Part of a Pivot Table. Round-Half-Even (Banker's Rounding)
I'm trying to come up with the algorithm to round a number with the half-even method since the default round formula in Zoho Creator uses the standard Round-Half-Up. How to change the format for phone numbers?
Mobile phone numbers are currently formatted (000) 000-0000. How can I change this to a more appropriate forms for France being either 00 00 00 00 00 or (+33)0 00 00 00 00 ?

Phone Number Formatting
I really enjoyed a simple feature in another online CRM product which shall go nameless, though it rhymes with Sweatseat. Whenever I had to enter a phone number for a new contact, account, etc. the form automatically formatted the phone number in either a xxx-xxx-xxxx or (xxx) xxx-xxxx format. That kept my phone number entries looking consistent and saved effort on input. Seems that on LI the phone numbers are a straight 10 digits, 6305378982, as opposed to a more easily read format (630) 537-8982. Can Zoho parse these phone numbers into this more easily read format?

Contact Phone Format Broken in List View
If you explicitly set the phone format in contact to (123) 123-4567 it shows up in contact list AND details as (123) 123-4567. However, if you click the AJAX-handled "Edit" link next to phone field, it resets number to 1231234567. Upon save, phone number is displayed in contact as (123) 123-4567 but in list view as 1231234567 which is very hard to read when quickly looking for a phone number.

Please could it be made possible to view reports so that categories are listed under their parent categories - like they do in the profit and loss report? We have taken care to group our expense categories together under parent categories (eg wages for staff but then we wish to see ALL of the wages spent as a subtotal).
