"Sorry" Message for Instagram Posts
About half the time I schedule FB and IG posts, they work in unison. The other half is where I get the message in my email, "Sorry, we couldn't publish on Instagram." Then it says that it did publish on Facebook. Why does this error happen for IG when there isn't a disconnect happening with the account? It's as if IG doesn't like Zoho or something. It's frustrating to schedule posts and then get denied. Could it be the size of the graphic? What are the dimensions and MB max? I always post a graphic

Adding Multilist options to a drop down list
Hello, I have a form called Job Data which contains and ID and a Operations in the form of a Multi select List. And then there is another form Planning which also has an ID and a Operation but in the form of a drop down. First the Job Data is Filled and Submitted. When the ID is put is in the Planning form, I want the Multiselect List in the Job Data form appear as a drop down in the Planning form. Can this be done ?
"Related" tab in app
Dear community We are freshly using the Zoho CRM app, and are encountering an issue: In the app, several times over the last couple of days the "Related" tab in our Leads module comes up blank, showing no info nor having the possibility to add any events or tasks. The "Details" tab is showing all proper info however. The only solution so far was to reinstall the app all together. Is this a known bug? Are we doing something wrong? Hi, I have created a webhook in projects that calls a Zoho Cliq Bot API Endpoint. The webhook is fired by a business rule whenever the status of an issue is changed. The webhook then calls the Zoho Cliq Bot which is programmed to post a message to our development channel, to let all our developers know that the status of the issue has been changed. Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to create a custom message that will be triggered by a certain action from within the ticket form. To be specific, I would like a notification similar to the attached that would come up if the agent is changing the Account Name associated with a contact, while still logging the ticket. Zoho Doc Broken after Moving/Renaming Folder in Windows
Hello, I use Zoho's desktop app for Windows 10 to sync documents across multiple compuiters. These folders have Excel as well as Zsheet files. Moving or renaming a folder in Windows (synced using Zoho app) breaks the link to Zsheet documents. I have lost multiple documents because of this and its getting infuriating how Zoho's app handles Zoho Doc files. Non-Zoho Doc files (such as Excel, images, etc.) are all fine. Please tell me how do I recover my lost files. They are not visible in trash as well
