hello, Documents bigger than 40 MB cannot be previewed in WorkDrive Web App or Mobile App. would it be resolved in future?

We would like to grant customers the number of annual inquiry tickets in advance depending on contracted maintenance service. In this way, can we set an upper limit on the number of inquiry tickets in advance? And can a customer can see the tickets consumed and remaining?
Some e-mails to my new address are Bouncing back
E-mails to me are bouncing, but not all of them. Is this just because we've only set up our account today and it takes some time for the server to recognise everything? We have two user accounts and both are receiving some emails and some are bouncing. We've just signed up and paid, so I don't want this to be a continuing issue.

Extra fields added to deals not appearing
Hi there, I'm trying to add some source information for deals. The first attachment is a screenshot of a category of fields I have created for source information in the layouts and fields editor. The problem is, none of these fields actually appear in the deals tab. Instead, only the first, lead source, appears, and beside it is a lock icon. The second attachment is a screenshot of this problem. I have no idea why this is happening or how to circumvent the lock. If anyone could help me I would
one click printing
Is there some way to set up one click printing. Currently in zoho email I click on: 1) the print icon 2) the word Print in the preview 3) the PRINT button where I can select the printer and settings Then to close everything I click on: 1) close window 2) [x] to close the email priview That is five (5) clicks every time I want to print an email. Default Time Zones
Does anyone know how to do the following: 1) Set a default time zone, so that when a new user is invited it can default to the office time zone instead of making users pick from the huge list. 2) Customize the User Profile, so that when invited users join and create their password, they don't see the "Twitter" and "Facebook" fields. This is completely irrelevant in our company and looks unprofessional / confusing that we even have the fields listed. Thanks!

I need the zbcode as per instructions below requested by support: In the Name/ Host/ Alias/ CNAME add the code generated in Zoho zb********. In the Value/ Points To/ Destination field add zmverify.zoho.com. email migration from gmail to zoho
so I want to migrate all my old emails from a gmail account to zoho account. I go to Mail Administration under Control Panel > Migration, set the destination and source. I started the process, but i waited for quite a bit of time already, the status is still showing "in progress", and there's no error displayed what so ever. I don't have a lot of old mails in my gmail account, so it shouldn't take too long. I have no idea if the process is stuck or it's really doing the work.
How do I Import Gmail messages?
I've tried downloading my mailbox contents from Google, but that gives me an mbox file when Zoho's import only takes .eml. I've looked for tools to convert, but there are no free ones. I've looked at pulling in my archived messages using Pop3, but get authentication errors (I've triple-checked my password and username). Google doesn't support migration to Zoho, and I can't find any information here on setting up Pop3 to import Gmail messages. So what do I do? I feel like it shouldn't be this hard

Incoming mail not working for all senders
Apparently they checked that DNS settings are fine, which I suspected, and ... that in fact I should be receiving mail. Hm. ... Then they asked for the specific sender's mail address. Should have mentioned that this sender has no problems sending to and being received by other Zoho mail accounts. So I am not any closer to a solution. We use Zoho CRM and have a module called Deals. What I looking to do is create for each Deal within that module, a standard check list. Each time a new deal is created, a blank check list is created The check list will be a list of tasks which has to be performed and when each task is completed the person who completes that task can check a box or something similar which will then record who completed that task and when that task was completed. My incoming emails marked as read
Hi. Previously I had the same situation but id disappared suddenly as appeared and I couldn't fix the reason. Problem is that my incoming emails are marked as read after some time (few minutes). My email clients can't be that reason because I've turned them off for some time. My colleagues that are also on my domain don't have such problem. Candidate Page: Positions Applied

It's common for us to have contacts in the system under an account without an email address that communicate with us entirely by phone or text, a property manager for instance. Generating invoices from CRM for multiple clients
We currently use Zoho CRM. We invoice clients on an annual basis, with different clients being billed different months. We would like to be able to generate a report in Zoho CRM listing all clients that are to be invoiced that month with a list of the products they use. Then we would like to automatically create invoices in Zoho Invoice for those select clients. Is there a way to do this?
Changes made on web client don't reflect on Desktop Client
Whenever a file is deleted, uploaded, moved or copied, on the web client, the changes don't reflect on the desktop. Trying to resync the folder seems to do nothing.
