Unable to point to AWS Route 53 Domain
My Domain is www.ygcbharat.org purchased from Godaddy but at present managed by AWS Route 53. Before 14 hours, i have added MX Records, SPF and DKIM to AWS Route 53 domain settings. But, till the time, i am unable to receive mail to my above domain as well as zoho shows error that "The MX Records of your domain(s) ygcbharat.org are not pointed to Zoho and you may not receive emails in Zoho" You are kindly requested to please guide, if any issue at my side or resolve the issue.
Unable to retrieve records more than 200 when using API getlistsubscribers
I have around 600++ records for my certain mailing list. I'm only able to retrieve the first 200 records by using index=1 and range=200 when using method getlistsubscribers. How can I retrieve the remaining records? I've try by using index=201 and range=200 but I'm just getting the first 200 records as well.

Centering a Code Snippet
Is there any way to center a code snippet with the new site designer? Hello, we would like to share folders with user groups created by us. So we would need only share 40 folders only once with certain groups, and add later 49-300 users to the group without thinking which separate folders should be shared with those users. to share 20 folders with 20 users can be painful. thanks!

All emails appearing in iOS Mail email thread
A weird thing started occurring with Zoho email in the iOS Mail app. When I'm looking at a thread of emails, after about 5 seconds the thread will expand to include all emails in my entire inbox. Has anyone else seen similar behavior or know how to fix it? It started occurring a few months ago. Everything was working well before that time.

Tracking venue availability via a calendar.
I need to have one centralized calendar where all of our account reps can check the availability of a venue. We have 2 venues and they could be in use anytime of the day. If I had to I could have a calendar for one venue and a different calendar for the other venue. Would I do this with a Google Calendar? Any Ideas ? Thanks Charlie

I'm really confused by Mail. I signed up for ONE, for my company, CATI. We have email though GoDaddy and Outlook. When I opened mail for the 1st time it had me create a new email with the same domain as my godaddy emails (livecati.com) will all my employees get ANOTHER free email with Zoho One? API Returns Invalid Ticket
Hi there I am developing a site with php and want to be able to send emails with the Zoho Mail API. Adding Customer Information to Form
I am trying to create a check in form and use the serial number of a piece of equipment we have received as a way of automatically adding customer information to the form. We work with the same customers and equipment over and over and thought using the serial number would be the quickest way possible to identify the customer rather than typing it in every time. I assume it will be a lookup field, maybe a sub form? I have a customer list that has the serial number on it. Any help would be appreciated!
Desk API Export
We would like to have the ability to export our stats (Happiness rating, initial response times) to our main/public web site using the Zoho Desk API. We would like to be able to configure which stats to export. For example; only first response, not resolution times, time period (last 30 days), only happy/frowny faces (no okay faces), and customize the layout a little bit. Workflow Question
Hi, I created a workflow so that our salespeople receive an email notifying them that a stage has been changed for a "Deal" to the next step which is the "Site Visit" stage. It's working fine but is there a way that the auto-email can include a link to the actual Deal whose stage has changed. Right now it's just sending them an email stating "this client is ready for a site visit" but there's no way to identify the client. Thanks.

Can we add an option to add notes to multiple contacted in a Mass Update?
Hi all, we are always looking for efficiencies in our recruiting process. One of the more tedious aspects we've noted w/ ZOHO after year is that we cannot do a mass update of the notes. Creating a Workflow with a multi-select field
Question 1: Who was involved in the incident. To achieve this I have a lookup field (Names) being displayed as a multi-select field. Question 2: For each of the people involved, were they properly licensed. There is not a definite number of names that will be selected each time. Problem with iframe alignment
Hello - I have a page with 2 iframes. The problem I have is that I cannot seem to get the two iframes to align the content the same way. The first iframe is correctly aligning content to the top, but the second iframe is aligning content to middle (the content being displayed inside the iframe has a smaller height than the first iframe, but the two iframes themselves are set to the same height attribute). I have tried using height:xx% instead of pixels, but this doesn't alter how the content is displayed.

No more ticket created from mailsin Zoho Desk
Hi, I am currently encoutnering a weird problem, when I transfer a mail to Zoho Desk from my professional email address, ticket are not created anymore! If I do it from another email address (Gmail), it works. The weirdest thing is thatht I've got some "jumps" between the number of my tickets. Hello want to test some things in my ZSubs set up. I also want to get the url for the default thank you page so I can use it on my page sense. Is this possible? I know thank you page url is unique for each plan, but after looking a the plan url, i realize they all start with the same. I hope it's the same for the thank you page. this url that is common to all thank you pages is what I want to use on my pagesense. If anyone has another way to track revenue as a goal in page sense, I'm all ears.
moving files in iOS app
I tried creating a folder and moving some files in to it in the iOS app, but I couldn't. I was able to create the new folder, but when I selected multiple files I couldn't find the MOVE option anywhere. same for when I selected just one file on its own. I ended up calling my office and asking them to move the files in to the folder for me. oversight? or did I miss it somewhere?
