Hi many of my clients with over 50 sites are hosted with webs but because there email service is costly I have been switching to you but I find it difficult to have dns records, mx..show at zoho, i have to get tickets with webs guys n zoho and many times it takes more than a month to fix with some times website going off. I suspect webs team could be frustrating me so that i remain with them but just like wordpress is listed at zoho, meaning that i can activate dns of wordpress to zoho and fix everything
Receiving Emails Late
Hi Zoho! As of a few days ago, my email on my phone will not receive emails at the same time my computer does. The emails come in on my phone 2-30 minutes later than when they were initially sent. This is quite bothersome, as I don't want to be glued to a screen all day. Can't Login to Cliq via SAML Redirect (iOS)
We were able to successfully get SAML working with Azure AD on PC and Mac. Unfortunately, when we try and login via the Cliq app in iOS, the redirect fails with: AADST90015: Requested query string is too long. I've tested this with Zoho Mail just for kicks, and the passthrough works fine. The issue seems relegated to Cliq. Has anyone else had this issue?

I want to add a link to a drawing file on a contacts page so it gets clicked and it opens up on the computer. This means a link to a file specific to that particular contact, so we can easily open their drawing. Possible in CRM? I'm using the suggested formula to compute Age from DOB, but random errors are occurring in a View. Manual update of DOB fixes individual Age fields. Can't send email templates to Leads and Contacts
I recently changed my default "from" email address. When I try to send a public email template to a Lead or Contact I can no longer see the picklist of available templates to select. All I see is "None," and when I click the drop-down arrow, there is no picklist of my templates. I was previously able to do this. Please advise - thanks.

Import Records and Associate with Account
I have a Custom Module that contains Collection Notes. COLLECT NOTE ID DATE ENTERED NOTE DETAILS ACCOUNT I am trying to import the notes from my CSV and make sure they are associated with the correct Account. Just installed latest version 1.9.10 (7/27/2018)
Im beginning to realize that this software is not ready for serious business use. Immediately after I installed it, now it does not let me point to any other location for the ZohoDocs folder different from C:/users/username/ZohoDocs. I tried all I could think of. The software will not even uninstall now. Going to Apps, and clicking on UNINSTALL for Zoho Docs gives me an error saying that there is no uninstall application associated with ZohoDocs. I bet Im not the only one having this problem.
Banking, Deposits Report
I am getting started with reports. My books is integrated with Z reports now. How do I create a report which will show me just deposits to my checking account, nothing else? I look to the left under financial reports and do not see anything which will perform such as task or even similar. I want to see the deposits as a table, as if in a register. It does not appear I can look at deposits in a report directly in Zoho Books.
Linux desktop app distribution
Currently there's only a linux installer for debian based distributions. This excludes a lot of linux desktop users for desktop installation, including me as I'm using Fedora Workstation. Is there a RPM installer on the way? Or are is Zoho working on a snap/flatpack/appimage installer?
