Mails not Forwarded to Gmail
Hi,Its been one year we started using Zoho and Zoho was absolutely fantastic in forwarding mails to Gmail. However since last 3 days no mail is being forwarded to Gmail. Please assist.

Hello there, I'm trying to find out if there's any way to add more Fields to the "UPDATE SUPPORT FIELDS" on a Business Rule that I'm setting on Zoho Project as I need to edit more fields from DESK when I trigger a certain action in PROJECT/BUGTRACKER Currently I'm stuck with just those two options but I need to see if there's a chance to add more somehow so I can modify more fields on Desk when I'm dealing with the Bugs on PROJECT itself. Would it be possible to get the options for ignoring weekends when creating Restricted Holiday leave types. For our company we use this for an annual leave that must take during a long holiday period. Having to submit multiple request because a weekend is in the middle and cannot be excluded is trouble.

Other bug tracking software we've used allow users to create custom views or "filters" that can be set as the default views for all users in a project. We would like to have a category for archived "bugs" that weren't actually bugs but still contain important conversation history and are linked to Desk tickets. However, we don't want these to always be in users' sight, so we would like to hide them from view. Is such a thing possible or on the road-map for BugTracker?

Unable to add Widget
Hi, I am unable to add a widget to Zoho CRM. I followed the procedure on how to create, validate and pack the widget (please see attached screen shot which shows validation successful). I'm attempting to create a webhook that sends an HTTP request to create a contact using Freshdesk's API (http://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#contacts), which is pretty straightforward. Turn off spell checker in the Zoho Mail App Linux
I'm using the Zoho Mail App on Linux. When I write e-mail in Swedish I get the read lines under "misspelled" words. I understand that this isn't the spell checker in Zoho Mail App. If this was in a browser I would disable the spell checker by right clicking and the un-select spell checker. I'm not able to do this in the App. Is there any other way of disabling the spell checker?
How to check an Email Address has been used when a form is submitted
I have a forward facing form and I want previous customers to submit feed back. I want to run a Validate on Submission to see if an Email Address is in my customer data base and if so to allow the submission. If not to deny it. I'm confused on how to construct the code; do I treat it like a string or a list/dropdown? both? Please let me know if you need any addtional information.
Reconfigure POP3 Account in Zoho Mail
My server settings for my original POP3 account has changed, for some reason I cannot edit or even delete this account. I have even added another POP3 account and set it to the default in order to try and delete the old account but nothing works. The implication of this is that I cannot setup an IMAP or POP3 account in ZOHO CRM with the original email address as an error pops up saying that there is already an email account in ZOHO mail with the same email address. Can't register new account with my e-mail

We have been retrieving a list of all potentials with a stage of "1. To Quote (requested from COPs)" and it has been working perfectly for well over a year. Parent Account Field not an option on Conditional Layouts
I use Parent / Child account relationships. I'm trying to use a conditional layout if the Parent Field is empty but the "Parent Field" is not an available option. Any chance it could be added? My Scenario On my Parent Account I show a section with all "Related Sales Orders" for all the child (member) account sales orders. I do not want this "Related Sales Orders" Section showing if the account is not a parent account as it is redundant.

Zoho Mail Desktop Lite security issue, unusable interface
Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Authentication 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails.
