Hi, It would make the pages module far more usable if you could configure one of the pages to serve as the 'Home' Page, and that when you clicked Pages on the sidebar, it would then take you to this page rather than to the dashboard....

Always showing as offline
The widget on my corporate website always shows as being offline, even if i am in CRM or Desk. The only time it shows as being online is if Sales IQ portal is open. Why is this so, when the chat widget integrates with CRM and Desk? Its very annoying having to have another web browser tab open!

Hi, I've got a website (www.microphonemania.com) hosted by shopify. Zoho is advised there to use as e-mail provider there. Since a while I'm not getting any e-mails in anymore. I actually don't know for how long now, I just find it odd that people wouldn't reply to my for some while now, so today I sent an email with my privated address to the one I use with Zoho (info@microphonemania.com) and that is how I noticed that I don't receive them anymore. Zoho Mail stopped working from Mac Mail
I have just returned from a week's holiday. When I left my Zoho email was working fine with Mac Mail on my Mac and on my iPhone, when I got back it wasn't! google calendar invite notifications
Hi - I've successfully used deluge to create a google calendar event. https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/script/create-event-in-google-calendar.html However, it just shows up on my calendar without seeing the notification in my inbox. I need people to see it to respond. This is especially important because some of my participants are outside my gapps domain, and as you know it won't create the event unless it's on a google calendar. Is it possible that when a mailbox on Zoho recieves a new email, it can send an email to that users secondary address hosted elsewhere. Along the lines of: "You have a new message in your XYZ mailbox, please log in to read it."
Not receiving email in my domain

Embedded calendar not showing current day in upcoming events on templates 5 and 7

urgent: folders disappearing and also not syncing

Can't run workflow rule on a lead created from a form submission
I have a form created with Zoho Forms on our website. The form when submitted creates a new lead in our CRM with a specific name in our "Lead Source" field. I want to use a workflow rule to create an action if that field matches what is submitted from the form, but the workflow rule does not trigger. The workflow rule is On Record Action; Create -> Where Lead Source = Buyer's Guide.-> Send Email. The workflow never triggers when a lead is created from the form, but it does work if a new lead is made
Add mobile number - Verification code never received

Using Campaigns to Promote Event, but want a registration form so I know who will attend...
I am using ZOHO Campaings to promote a meeting/event we are going to have whereby people will attend the meeting in person at a venue (not a webinar). We want to use Campaigns to send invites and market the event, but we want to be able to have the people who opt in to attend the event fill out a REGISTRATION form so we can have an accurate headcount and name of who is attending. Our event will require a headcount for meals and for an after event baseball game (where we have to purchase tickets).
Creator big files integration ?
I do not figured it out by now, how you can connect Zoho Creator with some file services like Google Drive or Dropbox. I am working in a small company with not so much users <10, so the free 5GB for files are a bit limited. Unfortunately we handle a lot & bigger files for large format printing. So this quota could be easily reached sometimes in 2-5 months. Perfect would be in total around 200-400 GB. Even if Zoho wants that every one is using Zoho Docs how can there an integration been achieved?
postUrl crashes when service returns error 500
Hi, I'm seeing a lot of postUrl-issues here. So I'll add mine: When doeing a postUrl, and the service returns an error 500, the script stops running with an Execution Failed / Error due to - 'Internal Exception' Line:(38). Viewing the returned data in soapUI, it shows that the service returns HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error, along with a XML messages, containing the error message. Apparently, ZOHO does not know how to deal with these kind of messages and at that point the script crashes. For no good reason.

I used to be able to insert a photo in a contact record, but now that seems to have disappeared. Have they taken that away? Being a photographer it was one of the key features that made me decide on Zoho CRM

getting the .com to .eu migration tool to work??? Disaster so far
Looking to see if anyone has gotten the migration tool to move from .com to .eu to work? The migration tool we attempted last was half baked at best & not really fit for purpose. So much was incomplete that it is not fit for purpose. Have been told that for ZR to do the migration themselves would take 2 week. Different Fields for Online and Offline
Hello, When online we would like only to show the message field in the chat window. When offline, we would like the name and email address fields to show also, and be compulsory. Is this possible please? Thanks.
Zoho reverts to font size 12 even when the default is set to 11
It's just simply annoying. I want it to be 11, the default settings allow me 11, therefore I want 11 font. Every time I create a new mail, or reply to an existing, it switches to 12. Why? Please could you fix?
