Logo doesn't show in my emails send by my desktop computer
Hi there, apparently I've turned of the feature that shows pics or at least in my logo in my signature at some point. I wanted to forward a sent email and have that shown without the arrows in the beginning of the line. Either way, I'd like to turn that back on. Currently my logo shows when I send emails through the mobile app, but not when send through the web based browser version. Can you tell me how to make the logo show again please? Thank you! Kerstin
Why have i lost half my Inbox Sub Folders?
Hi, I am trying to find out why & how to recover my Inbox Sub Folders? I have lost them from H onwards, on my Desktop Zoho mail? I have them all still there on my iPhone Zoho App? Has anyone had this problem or know how to get them back? Got important emails in those sub folders. Tried emailing Zoho & they say they are all still there? Once I have archived a mail message, I cannot find it again. It does not turn up in the All Messages View. Where can I find it or is this an error with the new GUI? Thanks

Import passwords from broswers
As there is no means to export existing saved passwords from browsers (Chrome & Firefox) in order to import into Zoho Vault, is it possible to add a feature to enable Zoho Vault import existing saved passwords from some of the most commonly used browsers? i.e Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox. etc These browsers are able to import each others' saved passwords, so I believe Zoho Vault should also be able to do same.
Business Plan Not Working in Outlook
This current account's single user business account (free) does not work when trying to set it up in Outlook (cannot access POP/IMAP details). However another of my previous accounts also had a domain and was a free business account but worked with outlook.
Update field when adding row to subform
Hi, I'm having trouble getting a script to work when trying to add rows to a subform. I have a subform called Tasks on a main form called Jobs and when I add a new row I need a field called Task_Unit in the subform to populate when the lookup field SOR_Code is added/updated. Highlight results on the search page
Hi, When I do a search using the global search text box, I can't exactly see where the results are on each page: I can only see on which page I can find them. So I have to go inside all pages to see where the results are. Besides, the Ctrl/Command F function doesn't work inside the pages. Zoho Home changes app positions
Hi there, I am not picky, but you are changing the positions of the Zoho Apps on the Zoho Home page (https://home.zoho.com/home) more often than I change my underware! ;-) I can never become used to click on an icon (for example Zoho Mail), because I have to look every day where it has been moved to. Why not putting the most important on top (CRM, Mail, CM etc.) I don't think the Bug tracker is one of the most used apps, but it's on the first row. thanks
Learning Management System?
I'd love to build a learning-management system (WordPress has several!) and use Checkout, CRM, etc. to federate data between the LMS and the back office. However, LMS functionality seems like a pipe dream here. Does anyone have advice on how to pull off a reasonably federated system with an external website?
Mass update - only 100 records?
I have around 23 000 Contacts and I need to do Mass Update on them after selecting the criteria. Because of the pagination the checkbox next to the header selects only 100 records, as I'm assuming? Shouldn't this checkbox be selecting all records that match the criteria? What if I have 10 000 records I want to change, I need to do 100 repetitions of my task, not really "mass" isn't it?

Stop Agents being auto-signed out.
We have agents who are 'on-call' outside normal business hours. During this time, if our customers call they need to take a call "Over the Phone". We are using Twilio as a telephony service. Does sync with Google Tasks still exist?
This Zoho help document says: Go to Setup > Marketplace > Google > Google Apps > Tasks. Select the Google Task from the drop-down list. We are on the enterprise edition of CRM and no such option exists when I go into setup. Thanks You
Creating a new module
Hello all, I am trying to create a work order module on zoho crm. My company does services and I want to be able to create a work order for the technicians, with an specific price (what I pay them), and once it is complete I will be able to turn it into a invoice from them to me in a way that is integrated with zoho books. Is it just me or is the New Forum Search Feature Useless!! Oldest posts showed first
Anytime I search for anything in Zoho CRM forums it shows the oldest posts first which are more often not very relevant. Search for "Custom Function #17: Auto-update tasks" (which is part of a title of a zoho post) and it does not even show! Search for "CRM Tips" within Zoho CRM forum and the first post shown is from 9 years ago. All the rest are at least 1-2 years old. Search "Lead Webform" and the first two posts are 6 years old followed by two that are 5 years old Same for the rest of the forums
Does Zoho One subscription only include a free site?
I was given to understand that a Zoho One subscription provided enterprise level access to all apps. Zoho Sites offers one free site to anyone, even if they have no paid subscription. However, it looks like that's all I get as a Zoho One subscriber... the same as people who pay nothing!?

We had some customized project workflows in Jira which we would like to use in Zoho Projects. Is it possible to integrate them into Zoho Projects? I know that Projects doesn't have the exact same workflow logic on the GUI but would it be possible to integrate them via some scripts? Does sync with Google Tasks still exist?
Several different Zoho Documents state that project tasks can be synced with Google tasks, and it's advertised as a feature on your website here. We have Zoho Projects fully integrated with G Suite, but none of these Google tasks sync options show up. Nor do they show up for Zoho CRM which also says it has sync with Google tasks. Would someone from Zoho please advise is this feature still exists? I have also submitted a ticket on this issue. Thank You
