I had the unique zb******* website code to verify my domain address; but i need the code again to set up the email to be forwarded. Where can I find the code??? I looked all over the dashboard? I lost it. Please help.
New emails stopped populating when using POP server
I have an account that just stopped populating my emails on different devices that were configured using the poppro.zoho.com server, yet I can see new emails when logged into web browser. Tried setting up new accounts on other devices and it will populate older emails but nothing newer than 5/16. Also tried the pop.zoho.com server. Same issue. Checked settings and couldn't find anything changed. Looking for ideas.
S/MIME Problems
Hello, I need to send S/MIME encrypted emails, but the recipient cannot open them. Working with certificate vendor Entrust Datacard they are saying the following: "After further investigation of the email header, we came to the conclusion that your email security appliance “Cisco Ironport” alters the email content in such a way that your certificate signature (that contains the hash of the message) becomes invalid. New User Interface is horrible!
This new user interface is the worst I have ever seen. Who are the complete morons that approved this? I am beginning to look for another mail provider now. This is flat out awful. Give us an option to have a nice clean simple interface. Not this nasty looking crap.

inconsistency with built in function subString() function
I am trying to generate a part of string which requires subString function. For example If I want to extract between 3rd and 5th index for the word Tamilnadu, I have to do the following x = "Tamilnadu" x.substring(2, 5). a)Since it is based on zero index it should actually be x.substring(2,4) b)in the case of indexing starting with 1 it should be x.substring(3,5) Isn't it a bit confusing?
Error in Setting up email in Windows live
Hi Support, The customer is having issues setting this up on his laptop. He is using Windows Live. He said he can see the emails that have come through to info@npssecurityservices.com.au but he keep receiving a popup that asks him to enter his email address and password. Subtask durations should be totaled in parent task
I've only recently started using Zoho Projects, but I'm very confused that sub-task durations are not rolled up into the parent task duration. Without this, it seems impossible/really hard to work out how long everything is going to take when planning a project from the bottom-up. Am I missing some way of setting the system to do this? Over paid invoices
I am testing your system to decide whether I want to migrate or not. Some of my customers overpaid their invoices and I need to record the overpayment and then issue a refund. These customers pay by installments so for example, they have an invoice of $100 which they pay in four instalments of $25 each. If the customer inadvertently makes 5 payments of $25 it should record all five payments, then show a credit balance, and then I do the refund. However, once the first four instalments are applied,

Re-edit to correct a not approved form
Hi, we're using the approval process in Zoho Forms. My question is: may the user re edit a previously edited form that has been submitted and not approved at any stage of the approval process? Otherwise the user has to fill again all fileds before re-submitting. Thanks, Andrea

We as a brand use a template to send them to our clients. I have inherited a form in the Accounts (we call it Companies) module. There are 24 choices in a custom Pick List for "Company Type". We would like to consolidate those down to 8. Will Zoho Creator be my only option? I'm an old-school programmer (COBOL, FORTRAN) and have been in software sales for over 10 years.
